The pillows weren't really good (too soft, no support).

Hotel was clean and furniture and appliances were like new. Cleaning ladies came to the room even though we stayed for two nights only.

Nice hotel at the nature with outdoor sport facilities. Big hall with bar for everything rest. Good and tasty breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful.

We would appreciate small fridge in the room and on booking it said tea appliances are provided but it is not. Luckily at the bar the ladies also helped us with hot water for toddler’s milk.

It is worth coming just for the breakfast to this hotel. Great selection od cold, hot, pastry, fruits, jogurts. Waffle maker.The hotek itself is basic but very clean and functional. Staff is friendly, it could do with mote staff actually. Some girls are really working extremely hard to cover large area around the bistro. What I find strange, they don’t speak English in the restaurant therefore it is difficult to order a meal as the menu is also only in German. On contrary they were nice enough to call us a guy from the kitchen to explain and he even made a small ball of pasta for our little girl which was not on the menu. There is an indoor playground inside, suitable for kids aged 6 and more in my opinion.

Food "a la carte" was ok, typical Austrian and few choices of plates but sweets and wine were delicious.

It was very cozy and nice place, everyone was very friendly and the room was large and sparkling clean. For families there's a large playing ground for children and a Bowling ! Awesome ! We will back !

We took one night in the Quattro room, The place is good for children at least 4 years old, our 2 years old son couldn't play with all the facilities & even the lower didn't had child safe barrier, only in the upper bed which was too high. The beds quality in general was just ok & also the breakfast & service at the hotel.

I recommend this hotel for young kids at least 4 years old & not for toddlers. The place is clean.

The restaurant was okay, but at the dinner the buffet was running out quickly, so I had to race for the food every evening. This is not acceptable for the price range. Otherwise enjoyed my stay.

Slow wi-fi. Something burnt in the kitchen and stank of burning on all floors and even in the room, my clothes were smelled. Very unpleasant girl at reception, spoke with displeasure, did not answer questions. There are no workers in the wellness area and if you have any questions or need to ask for a towel, there is no one to turn to.

I feel compelled to share my abysmal experience at the Jufa in Weiz, Austria, for the benefit of other prospective guests. I stayed at this establishment from the 28th to the 30th of July, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only were the basic amenities, such as air conditioning and a fridge, which were explicitly advertised, absent, but the customer service was equally appalling. My room lacked the basic level of privacy, leading to sleepless nights due to the noise from other guests. Furthermore, the internet connection was so inadequate that I was unable to upload a mere 14 photos onto my website, an action integral to my profession. In addition to enduring these discomforts, I was faced with a lack of receptiveness and sincerity from the hotel staff. There were instances where I felt that I was being manipulated into paying more than what was due. Upon bringing these concerns to the attention of the hotel director, Mario Stanek, I received friendly yet unhelpful responses. It appeared that friendliness was chosen as a substitute for the necessary solutions. Given the gravity of my concerns, I took the step to communicate these issues in a detailed email to the hotel management, expecting to at least have a dialogue. I was seeking a refund and an additional 25% in damages due to the severe inconveniences suffered. However, my email was met with complete silence. No response, no acknowledgment, nothing. Hoping for a better outcome, I escalated the matter to the manager of the hotel chain, keeping all relevant parties in CC. Yet, the silence continued. I find it incredibly disheartening that even after multiple attempts to communicate my concerns, there has been a complete lack of response or accountability from the management. This absence of a response from both the hotel and chain management speaks volumes about the lack of customer care and service standards at this establishment.

The separation between the toilet, which is seperate without a sink, and the bathroom. It’s not a hygienic solution to have a toilet on its own and not have the sink together. The breakfast was not great.

The room is spacious, however bathroom was very small. Nice indoor play area for kids.
