Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomWe booked this property during a trip over the Stelvio that lasted longer than expected. We arrived within 30 minutes of booking after 9pm, were warmly welcomed and very kindly provided dinner after the kitchen had closed. Our room was comfortable, well presented and very clean with a view of the river and mountains to wake up to. We had a pleasant breakfast and a walk around the grounds before getting on our way.

FinlandThere was a placing to tables at the breakfast, which we did not understand and the lady there was a bit rude.
Room was big and had a balcony. Good private parking space, even garage for motorcycles. Sauna was warm and although only one sauna in the spa was open it was great and we were the only people there! Good trails for running / walking accessible just opposite side of the street. Good breakfast. Staff at the reception very nice and helpful.

Czech RepublicThe room was quite small and basic, it is ok for one night on the way to Italy. The bed was not very comfortable. Upon arrival we wanted to have dinner, but unfortunately there was some kind of trouble and we actually waited for almost 2 houes to get the food. On the other hand, the waiter was very nice and apologized and offered drinks on the house.
The lady at the reception was very nice, parking was free of charge, view from the room beautiful and breakfast was satisfying and dinner tasted very good.

HungaryThe breakfast lady was very unprofessional, rude and nearly kicked us out of the restaurant because we arrived at 9.15 to have our breakfast. Kept giving comments, and at 9.30 wanted to send us out of the restaurant, now it that is not bad enough than wait. I speak German, so i told her that we are on hidat and we don't need stress, than she answered back, and i she only apologized when i said to her how unprofessional and unfriendly she was. This totally ruined the experience. I'm from the hospitality business as well, and hated the fact, that there are people working in my field, but they are never should have set foot in it. Sad. But also the restaurant staff, an older man was unfriendly too.
The pool was nice and the forest area, nice and quiet. Loved the balcony. The 4 point is because of this and because of the German guy, Kai if I'm correct about his name. He was the only one making our stay better.
