The apartment was quite spacious, modern and functional. It is located right on the Alte Donau and offers a beautiful view of the river. For me, the location was ideal as it's walking distance from the Austria Convention Center.

I have stayed three times now at these apartments. Perfect for my work visits to Vienna. Excellent location. Clean and well equipped apartments. Close to to public transport, shopping and restaurants.

The only suggestion is to have blankets for the balcony. We liked very much enjoying outside but it was too chilly.

Brand new aparthotel. My favorite location. Lots of options for a walk or a bicycle ride. Billa grocery store in 200m. Stylish and functioanal interior. Will definately come again to stay here. Best recommendations.

I liked everything. It was a good apartment at good location.

The location of rhe place right at the bank of the old Danube. My destination VIC was near to it, andalso Donau Center shoping mall is nearby with great shoping opportunities. The city center is within 20 min with the U-bahn. It is a good place to relax at the bank of the Danube. Boat renting is available nearby. Bikes are also available. A Billa and a McDonalds is right behind the apartment building. The gym at the apartment was excepetional. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

There was nothing about the property that I didn’t like.

The property is in a nice location. It is fairly new and al the amenities in the apartment were nice to use. I traveled with a colleague to Vienna for the international congress centre. It is very close by and with the use of the free bikes it was a very short trip. The owner of the property was quick in communication and even gave us a bottle of champagne. I can highly recommend this place to anyone who will visit Vienna soon.

Our stay at Karl und Anton Boutique Apartments was great. The Apartment is spacious, very clean, has good beds, and is easy to find with a grocery story behind the corner. The accessible metro station is just a few minutes walk from the apartment.

Nice and modern. Good location. Spacious. All you need to explore and enjoy Vienna. Room called “Music” is very good for those who likes/needs a terrace to spend sometime on the open air.
