- location. Mountains view, 100meters from the bus stop, so 20 mins door to door from the city center, hiking path nearby. - host. We drove around 1000km and couldn't be sure of the arrival time, turned out we were quite early, but they allowed us in 2 hours before the check-in. They presented us with the welcome card, which gives free public transport for the stay time - appartement. It contained all the things we needed, like coffee, tea and more. I hate buying those things for a couple of nights

I HIGHLY recommend Kasperhof if you're visiting Innsbruck! The location was great and it had fantastic views of the mountains. The hosts were so attentive and kind. I really loved our stay here.

The deposit charge was a bit of a surprise; it was not an issue, but I would've preferred it had been communicated prior to our arrival.

The property is situated in a good area, very close to the city centre, and with the bus stop right outside. The rooms were very nice, with adequate kitchen space for doing some cooking and a nice bathroom. There is an information room on site and a laundry room as well which was very useful. The host provided us with a welcome card which was great!

Apartment had everything I needed. Comfortable, quiet and very clean. Easy to get the nearby bus to town. Host was always available and helpful.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, including the pillow I took from the bed. That was also uncomfortable for me but it’s just not my type of pillow. Others may like it.

Beautifully located on the outskirts of town, but with a very convenient bus stop. LOVED the balcony. Super cute decor on the interior. Owner really cared about recycling and we loved that she was so conscious of that. Laundry machines were great. Nice trails to walk behind the building too.

Petra and Hans are wonderful and helpful host who provided prompt responses and assistance to our inquiries during our stay. The apartment was equipped with all the facilities we needed and it was conveniently close to major attractions by car. The rooms were tidy and clean, lovely decorated, with freshly cut flowers on the dining table. We had an enjoyable stay and loved the mountain view from the bedroom window.

There was absolutely nothing to not like about the entire holiday.

Could not have asked for a better experience. The location was breathtaking, the apartment exceeded expectations, and the hosts - Petra and her family - were extremely friendly and very helpful, particularly when my daughter broke her wrist snowboarding. Thank you, Petra.

The apartment was spacious, clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The centre of Innsbruck is within walking distance or alternatively accessible by bus with a bus stop in front of the apartment building. The apartment is in a beautiful, quiet location. Petra was a fabulous host who responded quickly to any enquires. The free Innsbruck Card was great as it included free travel on public transport. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return in the future.

I've been wanting to stay here for sometime. I'm so glad I did. Petra was incredibly helpful over email and I never had to wait long for a response from her. My room was on the ground floor facing the road. I thought it may be a problem but traffic never bothered me. I took public transportation everywhere and I never had to wait long for a bus. There are several that will take you to the market platz or there's a train station not too far that will take you to Innsbruck main station. Google Maps will be your best friend if you take the bus! I specifically booked this accommodation so I could buy groceries and cook half of my meals in my apartment and save money. I ended up eating most of my meals out (shaking my head) but it was nice to have a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. Also, there's washer and dryer on site. It was a beautiful apartment and very clean. It was the perfect pre Christmas stay. I will definitely come back sometime.

excellent location and ambience of the apartment. If you visit in winter, hearing and accessories are excellent and you don’t need to worry. Pedra, our host has been extremely helpful and she will start communicating few days prior to check in. All necessary information of local travel are there and you can ask Pedra at any point. Overall, Kasperhof was a dream holiday apartment for us and thank you so much for the wonderful stay 🙏🙏
