We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IsraelThe old section of the hotel (Tirol House) suffers from terrible odor of sewage. The rooms are aged. Bathroom is renovated, but the switches of the lights are old fashion.
Generally - a nice hotel, with good staff and good breakfast and dinner.

BulgariaThere was not possibility to book a massage during the weekend.
I visited the hotel with my husband, mother and 2 months old son. We booked the family apartment which was huge and comfortable. We have been provided with comphy baby cot. The apartment was very clean. The food was delicious. I really enjoyed the SPA zone (finish and infrared saunas, steam bath) and pool.

Czech RepublicNo cable car card included in package (in Saalbach you get Joker card for free cable car access for this price, here you have to purchase extra Sommer card for around 60eur extra per day) Dinner - there’s a thematic dinner every evening, but only Tirol evening was worth 4* hotel (Italian and Mediterranean evening we would rather skip - change the cook or focus on what you really can do - Austrian food) Waitresses speed at dinner (waited almost whole dinner to get a drink) Children loud and running around dining room - would prefer separated space for families

United KingdomThe breakfast table arrangement where families are reserved the best tables (i.e. window tables) was a little strange. It did feel that guests without children were treated a little less favourably not sure why as the breakfast room is huge.
The welcome was warm and the staff throughout the hotel were mostly professional and friendly. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and with magnificent views. The reception staff were especially helpful and friendly.

United KingdomHaving to pay for tap water at a meal was a surprise but that may have been normal for the area. On hot nights we did need to keep the balcony door open to keep the room cool, which some people may not want to do.
Our room was a very good size for a superior room. The balcony and views were delightful. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The food was excellent with plenty of choice and variety and included some lovely surprises- such as a BBQ. We enjoyed the pool with amazing views of the mountains and lovely outdoor space for sunbathing.

(1) The restaurant and food (exceptionally good buffet). (2) Very friendly staff (particularly at the reception desk but not so much the bar). (3) The room was clean modern, bright and airy. (4) Ski in ski out. (5) The kids room was hidden at the back of the bar. This was genius; it meant you could relax and have a drink in bar without any sight of kids but at the same time knowing your kids are safe and can only ben accessed through the room you are in. Very good for families.

GermanyWe have a room with a shared door with the room next to us, but it is not locked when we checked in. In the middle of the night, the guests of the next room checked in and opened the door!!! lucky is we are all in bed sleeping after one day ski. So wired....and the door is not sound proof.
