We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomBooking.com showed images of a bunk bed in the room, but we didn't get this so children were sad. Also no shower (well you can if you sit down in the bath), but huge bath and could shower down by the pool after a swim. Would also be nice to have drinks in the room. Should be obvious as it's Austria, but do note you need to speak a level of German, though most staff happy to translate to English for you if ask. Kids club says only for up to 7 year olds (though they did let my 8 year old stay, and older children could probably be allowed to "roam free" in the site however as car free).
Amazing hotel. Beautiful location. Food delicious and good selection of drinks on tap available 7am-midnight. Loads for the kids to do (huge indoor / outdoor play areas, petting zoo, pony riding/grooming, adventure activities, crafts, varing evening activity such as disco /fire pit). Pool and spa are great. The whole place is designed with kids in mind but is a luxury experience for parents as well. Staff work really hard. Lots of amazing memories made. We'd love to go back.

UkraineSPA zone didn't work, the safe didn't work in the room, it has been locked and we waited several hours for the technician to come and fix both cases. Waiting time was quite long due to the Sunday and just one technician available there.
Location is amazing, the view around the hotel and view form the room was very nice. Children had hourly interactions and they were busy full day, there is possible to get the bicycles as well as for children as well as for parents. The food is amazing, drinks are available all day, I'd say that the food is available almost full day, everyone could find the food he likes. For small children there are available special food. There is also chocolate fountain with the fruits available. There is a pool for children and parents, and close to it a very nice SPA zone, with the hydro-massage and different types of saunas. There is a possibility to order massage or some body/face treatment, but should be ordered in advance.

Czech RepublicSome staff members were great, but too many were rather unprofessional - not just unhappy to speak English (after me trying in German), but just behaving unprofessionally in general. In the kid's club, they didn't sign in and out (just one time during the whole week), not really paying attention who the kids are leaving with. One of the staff members older daughter (around 8 or 9) brought makeup and a phone to the kids playroom. One staff member walked into the swimming pool area without changing, standing right by the edge of the pool in muddy boots! (There is an animal farm so this is extra disgusting). And those just some examples. Would definitely not visit again, despite the great facilities.
Well, the kids activities were excellent, and so was the fact that everything from the height of sinks to the buffet was designed for small children. My little one definitely had a good time.
