In 1 appartment the previous guests stole the TV (so we were told after our compalint) and we were not happy about that, since the TV wasn't instabled in all 4 nights. The property will give us some refund for that, but would have been nice to know that in advance - maybe we would search for another accomodation. Same appartment had a problem with the front door - hard to open and very squeaky! In the bigger appartmeent (family room) there was only 1 towel per person and we made the remark, that was solved the next day. It was quite difficult to find the key lockers, despite the good instructions - one of the neighbours helped us out :)

We had 2 appartments, both quite big and nicely furnushed. Elevator in the building working only with a key gives a sense of security. The family appartment is really nice and has separate wc from the bathroom (pity there is not another wc in the bathroom) and the dinning table shoul be bigger (only 2 chairs?) . Complimentary tea & coffee capsules - much appreciated :)

We had only one towel each, no towel for the hands. Also television didn't work. Also we payed first for the six nights, and then we decided to prolong one night longer. We arranged with someone in Designer Apartments to pay total amount, and then to refund for the amount of cleaning, so we won't pay cleaning fee twice. But the employees in Designer Apartments totally forgot about this, and I had to write them multiple times to refund me the money. Additionally they didn't send us the code for the key because they only counted that we are staying one night and they thought that these two reservation are for different people. So the day before we came, I call them several time to explain them, and finally they sent the instructions for the apartment. But I was very upset, I thought that we won't be able to come to Vienna.

The apartment is close to the city center. It is cozy.

Very thin walls, we could hear conversation and TV from neighbors very loudly. There was no microwave oven. There is no barrier-free access. Lights in the kitchen were dull.

Apartment gives a feeling that it lacks regular maintenance, as some malfunctions weren't attained to. Entry door dragging on the floor, evidence of window leaks, broken refrigerator lamp and so on. But it's nothing big, just annoying. Most problematic is the soft and worn our bed mattress that is a must change. This kind of matters is unacceptable to be kept in such an apartment.

There was no additional bed sheets for the third person who was sleeping on the sofa (no pillowcase, no duvet cover, no sheet) and apartment did not bring that when I asked it

at arriving, we had a difficulty finding the key safe box. I did not find the socket for the dryer in the bathroom to dry my hair.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. In the kitchen there were enough things to be able to cook (salt, sugar, oil, coffee and tea). I used also the washing machine twice (there was also the detergent for the washing machine and also the drying rack). The apartment is situated right in front of the tram stop which you can reach to the Metro station (but you can walk anyway without Tram if you do not wait for it). The supermarkets are within the walking distance.

It was too hot, noisy and the host did not understand easy simple request (e.g.: dishes are dirty, we gave one wet towel etc.) I think all of these issue because they try to manage multiple apartment as newbies. They need to improve a lot. Especially the communication The area was stinky, noisy. Not the best.

All the information should be provided in a first message including photos (if needed). Wifi password and username printed on the table/wall, or even better- QR code. There should be a key in both shared bathroom and wc, I don't know how someone can take a bath or use wc without being interrupted?!

The room was cosy and there was enough space for the luggage in the room. Everything was super clean including the shared bathroom and wc.

We found it to be uncomfortably warm for sleeping (not due to external weather which was not much above freezing)

It was a nice place to stay for a short period of time. Easy to access the rest of the city by transit from here.

The elevator for the building stopped working in the middle of the visit. The apartment was on the 4th floor, with lots of stairs. Wi-Fi was slower than we are used to, and easily overloaded with more than 1 device connected (we had the TV & 3 cellphones on the network), and signal was only good in one room. The second TV had no power outlet near it and would require an extension or run the power cable to the outlet on the opposite side of the door in the king bed room, which would cause a tripping hazard. No bakeware for cooking things in the oven. No drying rack or dryer for clothes. No towels to dry dishes.

The location was convenient for trams and metro/underground. 2 minutes walk to tram and 8 minutes walk to metro/underground. 3 grocery stores (Lidl, 2x Billa) in easy walking distance (10 minutes walk). Kitchen had most cookware (pot, pans) for making meals. Did have an oven and cooking range, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.

The location was quite far out of town but fine if you jump on public transport. Check in is pretty late at 4pm and the key wasn't in the key safe at that time which was a bit annoying as needed to contact the host. The walls were pretty thin so could hear next door.

Really clean place, looked exactly like the pictures. Fully stocked kitchen.

Some issue with almost blocked sink(one of two present in bathroom) but i think can fix it fast and not blocking you. Shower didn't work but has option to turn on rain shower after which most of splashed all over around which you need to clean up, even presence of glass half wall doesn’t help. Not a big deal but will make you busy a bit for awhile when you do not have any rag 😉

Apartment is cleaned and fancy with artificial plants that's why you can be sure that it will be the same as in picture, which is awesome))) You can find everything what you need inside from kitchen utilities to Netflix and fast wifi. Location is great 15-30 min by metro or train from most of the places you need. stations all near to appartment. Up to 15 min by walk to belvedere and other sites etc... which can be great start Our chosen apartment can fit up 3 people. .

No wardrobe at the second room. Only one key to the house and you had to use the key to use the elevator, which made our life harder. There were steps we had to carry the stroller, I couldn't carry myself so it was not convenient for us with a baby. The apartment is quite small and bed was not comfortable. The baby crib was not there when we arrived. Then they brought a broken one and no baby high chair. Next day they brought another bed that we had to open ourselves. And also a baby chair after we reminded our previous requests. The toilet flush was misfiring. There were no small glasses and the entrance was too narrow.

The apartment is really comfortable and clean. It contains everything you need. A good bed a nice bathroom and cozy kitchen.Very easy to get around with public transportation. Near shops. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. We had a great time. Absolutely recommend!

Apartment was really lovely, clean, safe and there was everything you need. From dishwasher to hair dryer. Each room has TV so kids were entertained all the time. Everything is close. Underground so easy to get to all important places. The owner was amazing and always in contact and check in and check out without problem. Would definitely recommend and we will come back. Trip to Vienna was amazing from start to finish and we are really greatful.
