In one of the rooms there was an automatic light, it would turn off after a few minutes when out of range of the sensor (like when in the shower). We discovered later that there is a switch under the sensor to ensure it doesn't turn off. Maybe add a note in the "Welcome book"?

The sloped ceiling in the kitchen and in the bedroom made it a bit awkward, especially if you are a tall person.

The apartment was very clean and nice. The beds were comfortable. It was well located , close to the grocery store and ski bus stop, and within walking distance to the closest ski lift. The host was very responsive and helpful .

Just be aware basically nothing is open on Sunday nights or Mondays!

The location was very central to Kitzbuhel, yet still quiet. It was about an 8 minute walk to the ski lift. The property itself is lovely, very cosy and roomy enough for a couple. Everything was super clean and modern. The heating in the flat works very well, and the beds are warm and comfy. We were able to cook most of our meals in the flat as cooking materials were provided. The only thing we had to buy was food, toiletries, and dishwasher detergent pods. The host was very helpful and always available via phone.

It took a little longer for the central heating to warm up the unit but otherwise everything is ok.

Apartment is self contained and immaculate. It’s within walking distance to the Hahnenkamm train station and innenstadt. It feels like a home for family stay.

My only suggestion would be to have something on the wall in the shower to put shower gels / shampoos in.

The apartment was lovely and well equipped in a really convenient location within easy reach of everywhere. The host was lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful! Prosecco and chocolates on arrival were a nice touch! Great views from the balcony. There are handy lockers for storing luggage if you have a later flight which we found really useful.

Amazing spacious apartment with mountain view from two beautiful balconies. Very modern and chic furniture. Good equipped kitchen with all you can need. Mr Pirchl was very friendly and was on touch at any time. Welcome prosecco and candies were a nice surprise) Location is not far from the center. Supermarket in a 3 minutes by walk. I very recommend the apartment and hope to come back

Our apartment exceeded our expectations, it was so clean, really modern and in a beautiful setting with great views of the mountains on both sides of Kitzbuhel. We will be returning to stay. Alex was a great host and our arrival Wine and Chocolates were a very nice surprise.

Bit tricky to find, especially if you have to drive round the back of the house next door to reach any allocated parking spot. Almost no kitchen cupboard space. Bar stools don't really work as seating so if you're eating in you'll be at the table on the balcony which is fine especially in warm weather. Could stand a more comfortable sofa. Hot water is slightly erratic at times. Could stand more mugs and teaspoons. I note there has been some mention of a smell in the hallway but honestly it was so slight I wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't seen it mentioned by other people. I'm also not fussed about the lack of a washing machine as there's a laundromat about ten minutes walk away.

Small but impressive apartment in an elegant building with a vague hunting ambience. Not a heat trap - with the windows and curtains closed it stays cool during the day. Lift, though it doesn't completely avoid stairs. Dishwasher. Fan oven. WiFi is fast enough for streaming, though bring a streaming stick. Within walking distance of the attractive part near the tourist office. Shops nearby. Host has excellent English and was very friendly and helpful.

Loved everything

What a beautiful gem of an apartment just outside the city walls in a perfect location . The decor was very luxurious and very well equipped! Comfortable beds and lovely balcony with views of the mountains to the side. Close to the station and shops. Alex the owner was very friendly and so helpful in his suggestions. And of course what a treat to be welcomed with a bottle of chilled Prosecco and chocolate. We will stay there again when we visit Kitzbuhel in the future 😊
