The bathroom is very small and although it's perfectly functional, it needs refreshing. The neighbor next door had a party one night almost until morning. The building entrance is not appealing, but this is a minor issue.

The location is perfect, just 3 minutes away from the U3, so you can be in the center in less than 15 minutes. The street is quiet. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very good. The host is nice and attentive. There is everything you could need, from coffee to condiments or toiletries.

It’s a superbe apartment in a beautiful old Viennese building , the only problem is the not-that-great soundproofing wall. It’s normal for this kind of building I guess. It should be ok most of the time since the street is quiet and neighbors very civilized. I guess I was unlucky to have a neighbor who listened to music very loudly till very late while I was there. Especially the last night which was Friday . I woke up at 4am Saturday morning because of the noises in the corridor from this neighbor and then music in their appartement in the middle of the night . I hope this happens rarely and I was just unlucky. All the rest is perfect .

This is the best accommodation I've stayed in. Overly exceeded my expectations. This apartment is so well equipped - it has more than everything one or two persons need. This is a renovated room in an old building. Is in a quiet area. The room is spacious for 2 with a double bed and a sofa bed for children or 3 visitors. The room was sparkling clean. The separate kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals. The bathroom is small but adequate and has a consertina door. The owner, Tarkan, is very pleasant and willing to help. He will meet you on arrival. The room is only 300m from the Underground line 3 [U3] station, which will take you in 4 stops to the centre. It is very easy and fast. From the airport you can either take a taxi for 40 euros and will take 15-20 min or take the train OBB to the centre and change to U3. On the U3, it is only 2 stops and then a 300m walk. This will cost all together 4 euros and will take about 30-34 min. I recommend it it is very easy.

Tarkan is very friendly and a very accommodating host. He was very quick to answer any questions I had. His accommodation is just as described. Vienna has nine different districts. District 1 is mainly the tourist area and then 2-9 circle around it and then 10 and upwards around that. Tarkan’s place was very centrally located in district 3, a few stops from Wien Mitte where the CAT 16 min airport train goes from. If you enjoy walking, Vienna is definitely a city for that. Don’t miss out on the public transportation, there’s a station about 5 min from the accommodation. A few blocks away are many shops, cafes, bakeries ….

Everything was perfect, I don't have any disadvantages to mention. Some people complain about the small bathroom but it is clearly stated in the property's description by the host.

The room was excellent and super clean. It was well equipped with everything you may need. It's located 300meters from a metro station close to the city center. The host was very friendly, kind and helpful during our stay! Totally worth recommending!

there are just a very few things i didn't like but it's actually because of my personal taste even though all was great! 1)the bathroom was really small: just in a small place the sink,toilet and the shower were a bit all too close to each other to me and the bathroom sink is too small for me 2)to buy groceries you have to walk a lot for your known groceries store (maybe there were a couple nearer and i didn't know)

Located in the heart of Vienna (the stop of Kardinal Nagl Platz), this house is easy reachable with the S7 bahn from the airport + the U-Bahn 3 Orange (Underground/Metro) from the major parts like Wien Mitte/ Landstrasse + with a 5-10 minutes of walk. And 20 minutes by bus from the Ernst Happel Stadion (which helped me to choose this house for renting a couple of days as I had to attend my friends' concert) The Host, Tarkan was very nice and helpful to my particular request of a late check- in (since my scheduled plane landed a bit delayed and from the airport and stuff it took me almost 1 hr/1.30 ) and he was very helpful about how to reach there and also during my stay. It's an apartment on the first floor (it has the elevator) and it's what i call a minimal - chic home. The living kitchen has the essentials like an oven, an induction cooktop, a fridge, microwave. It also provived with some cleaning stuff and saucepan,cutlets and etc. Also a coffee machine,a boiling cup for warm water too. The bedroom/living room is huge for being just myself but very spaceful. There are lots of plugs so you could plug in your mobile phones,computer and etc everywhere and the wifi worked the best! There's also extra safety with a particular smart key which Tarkan would explain how it works and also a good surveillance of the buidling. The neighbourhood is quite calm at night although on a particular night,there were people doing some noises but if you live in a big city like me, it's bearable. I hope to come back to Tarkan the next time i would come to Vienna to visit again!!

Perfectly clean, cosy and very well equipped apartment. You can find there everything you may need during a trip. Klimt's pictures on the walls and tasteful details make this apartment slylish and unique. The host was helpful with directions and answered quickly. I highly recommend!

Sound insulation is not at its best. We witnessed a very "strange" incident with the neighbors (however I consider it as an isolated event). Tips to make it better: provide iron (ironing clothes), TV (though not particularly needed), blackout curtains.

Bathroom and room very are clean. The owner is very kind, helpful and friendly. The size of the apartment is quite sufficient for one person or for a couple. Kardinal-Nagl-Platz Underground Station (U3) is approximately 300 meters from the apartment, so you can easily reach all destinations. Kitchen and fridge are also available.

This place is the perfect choice for a citybreak in Viena. Very near to city centre (10-15 min max) and all other main attractions, Tarkan's apartment is very cozy, being filled with everything you need. The bed is big and comfortable enough, the kitchen has all the tools you want and it's very clean. It was perfect for our 3 night stay.

our host Tarkan was simply amazing! he met us when we were confused about directions to the apartment and kindly escorted us to our doorstep. we were very very happy with the apartment. we were here in April so loved the warmed apartment when we walked in. the bed is comfy, the shower glorious and attention has been paid to details right down to clean dishcloths and condiments. the wifi worked well, essential when touring. the street was quiet yet the underground right up the road. we were able to jump onto the underground and very easily access anywhere in Vienna in minutes. thank you Tarkan for an exceptional stay and going out of your way to make us feel welcome and spoilt.
