Very well appointed appartments, functional, elegant and spotless. Marie and Thomas are great hosts, always available and helpful. Morning fresh bread delivery is a refined touch.

The only thing is that kids didn´t want to leave this place :D It is a beautiful spot with many activities around. Hope we will come again, great for families.

Nothing, everything is perfect.

Thomas and Maria manage the apartments to perfection, they did everything possible to delight the guests. Super location, clean apartments, great facilities for kids. We loved our stay and definitely will come back again.

A hairdryer would be nice and sometimes the sound of the church bells is a lot, but nothing that really bothers you.

We loved our stay completely... the most happy person was our son, the playground and the playroom together with the pool were perfect, everything you can wish for. The location is great, peaceful, everything is cosy, clean, comfortable, and the host makes you feel relaxed immediately. We loved the app, for information and communication, fresh bakery order, really helpful... wellness area is divine. Would come back anytime in a heartbeat.

It would be perfect if there were bathrobes for going to sauna and maybe some shampoo/soap in the bathroom :)

The location is very good, just 5 minutes to Flying Mozart station. The building and rooms are modern and comfy. We also enjoyed the facilities very much - two saunas and nice swimming pool. And thanks Thomas for warm welcoming and a wonderful stay!

A bit odd floor plan of the apartment, but worked well. Only minus was the living area was a bit tight.

Very nice place with great amenities. Everything was new and clean. In walking distance to Flying Mozart lift.

FABULOUS! Thomas and Maria run an excellent apartment and are so helpful. Great location @5mins walk to nearest ski lift. Excellent facilities - heated outdoor pool and sauna amazing, Garage parking, heated ski room for boots and skis. They can deliver fresh bread and croissants to your door daily if you tell them your order the night before - brilliant. Apartment was super clean, stylish and c comfortable with beautiful views. Our teenagers loved it too!

The apartment is located near a church where you might get used to but there is a bell happening every hour or so.

The apartment was amazing, very spacious and well equipped. Thomas the host was very responsive and welcoming.

the location is amazing, its 3 minutes from wagrain grafenberg (great attraction for kids) , the supermarket is 2 minutes away, the area is quite (except for the church which tends to ring every x time) this place has a perfect (huge) yard for kids, a pool they have bicycles for kids, billiards, really anything you can imagine for kids they have it

The apartment was small, the kids slept in the kitchen area and it was not spacious. In addition, the property charges very high extra costs of taxes and cleaning services . They also sent us an email during our stay ( 2 days after our arrival) that they checked our reservation and since we made a mistake with our children’s ages we need to pay more for 2 kids. This should have been sent to us before our arrival and not during our stay. We ended up paying an additional 680 Euro!! 360 Euro for the children , 120 Euro for cleaning!!! And the rest for taxes.
