We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesVery friendly, hospitable, and professional staff. I was greeted warmly when I checked in. I cannot speak much German but the staff spoke impeccable English. Nice clean room, and good breakfast Great coffee. Hotel has a restaurant and bar, open until 10 PM and 12 Midnight, respectively. There's a bus that goes to Old Town Innsbruck (Altstadt) that leaves every 15 minutes. I was given a welcome card which was a transit pass that allowed me to take the bus into Innsbruck and to use the Innsbruck transit system, including both bus and trams. It takes about 15 minutes to Old Innsbruck. Bus #4162 stops kitty-corner (diagonally) from the hotel (see photo). Get off at the Finanzamt stop (one of the ladies at the front desk wrote the name for me). From that stop it's a short walk to the Inn River and the historical center of Innsbruck...just look for the Alps and go. All the staff is very kind and polite. The hotel is located in a village about 9 km from the Innsbruck city center. But, the place is very nice and has a beautiful view of the Mountain. The room is big and clean, with a nice bathroom. The hotel has very awesome restaurant.

Chinathe hotel has good location for people who wanna hike around. The staffs are really friendly, when we got there, it's out of check-in time, but the reception staff(a nice young guy) gave us a room key and let us check in in the early morning.(that's so kind of him). Besides, the food is also very tasty and the facilities are good & clean.

All meals we had were of a high quality. No complaints at all. The room was kept clean, the only downside for me was the lack of a small fridge and coffee/tea making equipment. None the less the staff were great, they could not do enough.

Very clean and friendly place to stay. good breakfast selection, probably the best in our two week road trip of Europe. The lady who greeted us at reception was extremely helpful and explained how to get to the cable cars and gave us a useful tourist voucher for the area. highly recommended if you want to stay near Innsbruck with beautiful mountain views.
