Not cosy at all. One night sleep over is ok, but I wouldn't stay there longer. The special symbol buttons which yo have to press to open the door lock were not legible.

We were on the road and needed a sleepover, this place suited us ok. The check in could be done with the machine in front of the entrance door so you can arrive really late.

Wifi was quite slow, no idea why, and parking lot behind the hotel was pretty tight

The automatic reception did not accept our reservation claiming there is no reservation with such number. We had to ask the hotel barman for help. After about 15 minutes she was succesful and we could check in.

The hotel was easy to find, had a parking lot in the yard and we could see our car from the window. The room was modern, large and beautiful and we liked the possibility of choosing color of the LED light.

The self check-in is a bit slow if you book more rooms. I provided all of our info when booking was done. We had to repeat everything on a slow touch screen. The showers are in the same room as the entrance and the bedroom. This fine if you are a couple but when with friends...

We didn’t like anything, we still haven’t gotten our money back

Our reservation number was not in the system, the hotline phone number was turned off, the booking support phone number was on the answering machine, due to their negligence, there was no printer paper in the terminal and after paying for the room, the terminal did not issue a ticket to get into the room, we spent the night in the car

There is no elevator in the property

Location was good, room spacious with big TV - many choices of channels , good quality of video/audio , YouTube easy available . Parking in front of the balcony was also very good

One small thing, there is no laundry room, but that didn't bother me.

Clean apartment with a very nice view over wolfgangsee lake. Necessities are available. Nice reception staff (Theresa). It happened that we broke a glass by mistake, and when I told her about it, she kindly told us to not worry, and she didnt even charge us for it which is good of her.

We asked for a parking place and they said that it was not possible to book in advance. When we got there we realized that the cars parked there belonged to the staff or to the people drinking at the bar. Luckily, when we arrived someone left the bar and we were able to park, otherwise the closest parking place was along the street. I believe that if you are renting out rooms and you sell the parking place as a service of the property, this parking place should be reserved for those travellers who are renting rooms and not for those who are coming for a beer. No personnel available on arrival, so the check in procedure was done by a machine.

Toilet was clean and big.

The hotel is very noisy, you could hear everything going on in the hallway and people walking above our room. We arrived super late and had troubles with checking into our room. The lovely lady was very helpful but the whole thing took 20-30mins at 1am. I did read this feedback in the reviews already but thought it was an exception, seems like it‘s happening more often.
