I appreciate that I was provided with detailed instructions about a late check-in, which was possible to do online. The hotel is not only comfortable and nice but the location is also very good, especially when you need a place near the Main Station and the underground. The staff is always helpful and professional.

The building, in which the hotel is situated, is kind of old and maybe not well maintained (which doesn’t affect the room).

The hotel is super close to the main bus and railway station (Wien Hbf). You can always check in and check out by yourself, the hotel staff responds very quickly. The room was clean.

Downside is the entrance to the building is on the pedestrian area, so we had to leave the car in the closest parking. If you travel with many luggages it might be a bit uncomfortable. The parking is also quite expensive. During the night, the area becomes a populated with shady characters. In the early morning the garbagge trucks came and were very loud.

We only spent 1 night, so it was good value for the money. Nothing fancy, the bed was large and very comfortable.

The matresses are really soft, so maybe not for a long time stay.

The rooms are nice and clean. The person at the reception was very kind and helpful. When we had a problem with lightning in our room, he helped us immediately. The best thing about these apartments is the location, it’s like ten minute walk from the train station and with metro you can be in the center in like 15 minutes :)

The TV set is not working but small problem. Room is without lift provided but you can exercise now. Haha!

It was very close to the metro and train station, we felt very comfortable in transportation. check in and check out was very easy. The gentleman who took care of us in the lobby was very friendly, thank you so much.

Good value for its location. Budget room is located on another side of the bldg, staircase/hall leading to room is not very pleasant. But when you get inside d room, everything is fine. Bed is so comfy. Staff is nice too!

The reception being in a different part of the building posed a slight inconvenience, especially if you have heavy luggage or accessibility concerns. Additionally, the access via stairs could be challenging for some guests.

The location was superb, just a few minutes away from the train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The staff was also incredibly helpful, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay.

The rooms could benefit from some refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. However, the beds were very comfortable.

Good and easily accessible location close to the main train station, basic but spacious rooms, good value for money, very comfortable and large beds.
