- Lack of facilities - Breakfast selection was limited - The cleaners did not do the beds during the 3-night stay

The staff were very good and tried to help in the best way possible. Even though check-in is till 6 pm the hotel director kindly came to check us in at 9 pm

The door if the room is very thick and cannot reduce any noise from the corridor and the bed was a little uncomfortable for us.

We stayed in a room for 3 and it’s very small but was ok for 2 nights , The smell from the bathroom is very bad :( Also at the check out time the manager didn’t allow us to leave the car in the parking from the hotel (we went skiing) , I can’t understand why because is a big parking lot, it doesn’t make any sense :/

Breakfast is very good , wifi worked well , nice view from the room, locations is excellent, temperature of the room was very good , dinner was simple but very taste , nice hot shower.

Its not about property. Its about attitude in general in Europe, after living years in Dubai. We lost an access card and we had to pay 20E for it. Its again not about the money! Its about the attitude.

Unfortunately, the shower without any splash guard floods the entire bathroom. The TV is ancient and very tiny. Unfortunately, the windows are tarnished and prevent you from seeing the beautiful view.

Good location, just a few minutes walk to the town center. Very friendly welcome and care. The very sterile-looking room was big enough and clean and the bathroom was fine. The quality of the breakfast and the selection were ok. Overall the hotel is ok for one or two nights.

In one room the WIFI signal is sometimes very weak.

The hotel is very close to the cable car station. The reception desk is very helpful. The rooms are vey clean.

Bed was little to short for me (I`m 1,9 meter height). There was not any table and chair in the room.

Breakfast very well, location very nice. Staff very good. Reception guy wait for me over his working hours, because I was late due to traffic and difficult weather conditions.

canalization smell in the room, there was no shower glass in the bathroom, so the water was everywhere around. We had ikea water resistant sheets on the beds, which made us sweat and feel uncomfortable. would be not bad to put there cotton sheets.

The hotel is located in the heart of the mountain area. We appreciated very much the fresh air; something extraordinary to sit on the balcony and to breath the fresh air.

The rooms were really small. Almost no storage space for clothes, no hanger, no chairs. Especially during the winter ski holidays this is a bit of a problem.

The staff was great, very helpful and cooperative. Breakfast and dinner were good. The biggest advantage was the location of the hotel. From the ski slope it is possible to go directly to the hotel on a groomed track.

The sauna is not free to use, it has an extra charge of more than 50 EUR / 4 person - this was not mentioned in the details of the place, and based on the uploaded pictures we expected sauna to be inclusive of the accomodation price.

The breakfast was excellent, there was a great variety of healthy options (granola, fruits, vegetables, yoghurts) along with other options (such as hams, sausages, scrambled eggs and local diary products and cheese), it was fulfilling and tasteful. Also, the room's furnitures were quite new, and the view from the balcony was amazing. The place is a 5min walking distance from the Semmering ski pistes & a Billa is also in a 6-7 min walking distance.

The shower in the bathroom has no glass screen, which would divide it from the rest of the bathroom, so when you shower, the floor, the toilet, the water basin... everything is full of water.

Should have clearer communication on booking.com that the room has one double bed and one single bed. So if you book for four person you have to ask for an extra bed for extra money.

Very close to ski lift. Receptionist is very friendly and communicative. It was extra fun to try to speak German after more than 15 years. Room is extra clean. Facility is refurbished.
