The location is good, close to the centre and close to public transport. The outdoors area is great.

We got a room with several defects that reception didn’t know what to do about. They said the maintenance team would come on Monday but we weren’t staying until then, so they gave us a free breakfast as compensation. The bathroom light switch is at a very uncomfortable location, since it’s outside the bathroom and if you open the door, you have to go around it or close it, which can be annoying.

It is very good for the price. The location is great since you have a metro station, bus stops and a lot of restaurants nearby. The room was OK and comfortable and the breakfast was good enough (it’s a small buffet with bread, croissants, eggs, ham, bacon, veggies, apple and orange juice, milk, coffee and cake). They also offered free luggage storage after checkout, since we had our train until late at night, so that was nice.

We got another room because we had a problem with the lock and in our new room things were organised in a different way. I would add a shelf under the bathroom mirror because we didn't have enough place for our cosmetics.

The location was really great. It was pretty close to the centre, so we could easily walk, but there was an underground station nearby, so we could travel by metro too. The room was clean and that's always the most important for me when I travel. Breakfast was tasty, everything was fresh.

1) Breakfast was not satisfying. 2) No kettle in the room. 3) Bed was OK but pillows were too much used ones and uncomfortable.

1) Location was very good. Very close to the the city center with U-bahn and close enough by walking yet away from the touristic rush and noise. There are variety of good restaurants nearby e. g. Pizza Randale & Mosquito 2) Our room was cleaned everyday. 3) Definetely value for money

The room doesn't have any form of kitchen facilities apart from a small bar fridge.

The room was spacious and had a generous sized bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful and the accommodation is located very conveniently, about 2 minutes walk from the nearest underground station. We were very satisfied with our stay here and would recommend this to others. We didn't try the hotel breakfast so can't comment on that but there are very good cafes close to the accommodation.

The room for three is small. The sofa for the third one is uncomfortable!

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are cleaned every day. Convenient for any type of transport 5 minutes away (metro, buses). The center is a 20-25 min. walking (to the opera house). Nice furnishings.

The AC was not working, and when I talked to the counter about it she said we know that and that you should open the window. I couldn't sleep well because of how noisy it was because of the opened window,

The AC was running in heating mode for some reason. The parking was not on the premises but in a parking house.

Every morning at 7:00 there was a guy throwing stuff outside in a container for construction waste. It was very loud. We were at the 4th floor and the windows couldn't keep the noise outside.

We liked that the place was near to an U-bahn station.

Room too hot albeit heating system was not on and we could not cool the room considering hotel was on a central heating system. Opening windows was the only option but noise from street was bearable.
