Location was very far from the main town, you need to get a bus there and there are very very few places to eat around the hotel. The hotel moved us to the 'upper' hotel which was an extra walk up a very icy hill.

Was sometimes a hassle to get to the convenience store, rental places, restaurants or apres ski (which are all mostly in the "main" city) due to the bus after a certain time only going every hour or not going at all, which resulted in a lot of walking from the hotel to the "main" city

The room met our expectations with enough room for all of us with a nice view over the resort. The location was overall very nice, especially in regards ski in ski out, which made it very convenient to get to the slopes.

If you like the apres ski scene then basically you need a taxi to get back to the hotel otherwise it’s 25 minutes walk back …it’s next to a big ski lift but it’s not close to the apres action at all. Taxi is 16 euros to town, same coming back ..

The hotel is a good distance (20 min walk) from the part of town with lots of restaurants. We came by train to Radstadt then took the bus into Obertauern (very convenient and beautiful) however without a car you would have to walk 20 min, not so much fun in the snow and cold, or try and get a taxi. There is a bus but it only runs so often and so late

Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of 4 restaurants, when you account for it being winter with snow on the ground and cold at night.

We didn't get slippers to use for the sauna, and since I forgot to bring mine, I had to go to the sauna room in a bathrobe and my winter boots, which was weird.

All staff members were very nice, kind and helpful. The whole place was very clean and comfortable. It's very close to a big gondola/ski lift that takes you directly to one of the best ski pistes. Breakfast was great and the options were wide.

No cleaning in 5 days, only trash removal. Really small sleeping room for teens. Confusing e-mail, sending us to wrong house. No benches/chairs infront of the building to sit and rest a bit. No ski in - you have to walk to and from the ski lift.

- The location is nice, and the views from the terrasse and balconies are nice - Beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet, I had a really good sleep - the area and the road to/from the hotel is very beautiful

It is a normal nice hotel in the city for a good price, beatiful nature is around. Everything was clean, ready to use. You can order breakfast. Parking in the hotel (not easy to park in the city). I would recomend it for couple of days, if you want to walk in the mountain, or biking here.

Room size & room location

Great location, lifts right across the hotel, and hiking path starts behind the hotel. The hotel is fairly new and modern. Can't talk for other rooms, but we had a family room for 3. It was miniscule, no balcony, only 2 windows, and unfortunately on the first floor, which means it is right on ground level due to the hillside construction. We could not open the windows due to that, and our view was into neighboring hotel rooms.

The room was small, but for a one-night sleepover, it was good enough. The parking space was a little bit tight.

The room was clean. The bathroom was really spacious and had everything you need. The location is next to the gondola, so it's very convenient if you go there for skiing. The view was great, as well as the overall area surroundings. Good value for money. The late check-in worked perfectly, thanks to the detailed instructions provided.

Excelent hotel to relax and to enjoy the surrounding mountains and landscape. Parking is located under the hotel, staff will tell you where to park your car. 1 parking space is yours for free. Clean, quiet room with comfortable bed.

The parking space. The building has 3-4 levels of parking space. The one we got was in 2nd floor (the upmost of the parking floors). The parking slots are too narrow. Even after a lot of maneuver, I could not park my MG SUV. I finally decided not to park there and save time everyday. Other than this, no negative point

Beautiful location with mountain views. Very close to cable car station. The house is clean and exactly as in pictures. Kitchen is stuffed with necessary utensils.

Beds and pillows were average, but not bad. The views are generally overwhelming, this room unfortunately didn't have that straight from the windows.

Wonderful location, versatile and delicious breakfast and very nice hotel staff. Room cleanup was quick and thorough.
