All furnitures and facilities described are there but need refreshments. Door of the bathroom cannot closed, boiler cover broken, no microwave. No shower gel, no coffee or tea, don’t expect extra which is not mentioned in the announcement. It just miss a little things to bring the value for the guest and this little things doesn’t cost much. It’s pity because the place is amazing. (A lot of stairs to climb to reach the studio apartment, not specified)

Location is amazing, the view is partial from balcony of this apartment. Photos are from all apartments in the building it a bit misleading the customer. Checkin/checkout are smooth and handled professionally.

The floor was cracking and I guess the guests below us were disturbed when we walked in the room. The stairs up to the flat and inside the flat might be uncomfortable for some of the people.

There was a terrific view from the balcony. It’s located in a very central location. The bathroom is very large, clean and comfortable. There are some plates and glasses in the room. You can easily walk from the public parking place. Does not even take 10 minutes of walking.

It was a little worrying as the host didn’t contact us in the days prior or on the day with the key code. That said when we called she answered and was very informative and we got directions and key safe code no problem

I was charged an extra 50 euros for my child, despite my booking being accepted and nothing being said at the time of booking.

The apartment was very cosy with a beautiful view of the lake. It was easy to check-in and the room was well prepared.

The email says the host will call me and give me the code on my arrival date. But I ended up calling the property manager to get the code. The email communication had been one way. I never got any response to my emails. And I'm still not clear why I needed to pay for parking. I remember I used free parking as one of the criteria to find this apartment. I need to double-check on this. And the floor is too thin. The guests upstairs came in late around 9 pm. They have little kids. And it was so noisy until very late. That was a bit annoying.

The location is great. And the price is reasonable for an apartment. The bed and the couch are big enough. It's very clean and quiet (for the most part).

The check-in process was overly convoluted (involving e-mailing someone to arrange a call to pass on the key code). Just e-mail us the code like everywhere else. Also, there are instructions about getting a shuttle bus from the car parks. It really isn't that far so you can just walk if you don't have too much luggage.

This place is ideally located near the centre of the village but still nice and peaceful in the evening. It was really clean and had everything we needed.

It was very difficult getting in touch with the host because they didn't receive my email giving them my European phone number (my Canadian phone doesn't work here). But worst of all, I sprained my ankle the first night on the one step down from one part of the bathroom to the other. I twisted my foot there a total of three times. Hallstatt has no medical clinic, so I've had to wait to return to Vienna to get it treated.

It was a beautiful apartment with views of the mountains and lake from most windows. When I finally managed to get hold of the host and get the code for the key - through another resident! - the host was great.

Require to use shuttle bus from car park to apartment. Apartment located where the car could not enter. During the day could be noisy from tourist.

The apartment is very large. Located in the city. walking distant to everything. Also, got a small cooking area so, we can cook our breakfast.
