Air conditioning was broken. We,ve arrived just after midnight and temperature in the room was 35 Celsius. There was additional air conditioning in the room but it was turn off, so it took us some time to get livable temperature.

Vert comfortable beds, delicious food and coffee. Very good place to stay when traveling the highway.

The location ! The train from Wiener Neustadt Hauptbahnhof arrives in 3 minutes but the carriage at 14:30 on the 21st June was not air conditioned & it was 38 degrees Celsius inside (the smell was also out of this world. I couldn't believe I was in Austria!). When I arrived I realised I have to walk up many stairs up and then down to get to the other side of the tracks (no other way). It was extremely tiring in the sweltering heat & I almost fainted (no shop to buy water in the vicinity. It is a rural area sparsely populated). The distance from the train station (Civitas Nova) is 650 meters but the road is not optimal (some difficulty with heavy suitcases). Worst still on the 22nd June the train scheduled at 10:20 am (there is only one train per hour during the weekdays, even less on weekends) was cancelled because of renovation works. I had to call a taxi that arrived 20 minutes later to drive me to Wiener Neustadt Hauptbahnhof at a cost of 13.50 Euros. Had I not had roaming facility on my mobile phone I would surely miss my ongoing international connection. There is no manned reception at the hotel and though it says "we" can be found in the motel opposite (Nava Motel) I never found any reception there let alone anyone at Nava (don't ever forget your key or you won't have access to the property). The choice of ceramics for the floor is poor because they are identical to wall ceramics and it is slippery because they were not made for the purpose of being bath tiles. Bring thongs (plastic slippers) else you risk slipping. The shower is designed in a way that the water flows all over and into the room but as it is summer with an open window it wasn't a problem (will certainly be in winter). The breakfast is standard as per German tastes that were popular in the 1980's (non-drinkable espresso machine, sliced cucumbers, industrial eggs, meat cuts I doubt many people eat these days etc.

The mattress for two people is uncomfortable because when one person moves, the other person next to them feels it significantly. Upon check-in in the evening, I was unable to adjust the room temperature on my own. It would have been helpful to have a brief instruction guide. As a result, it felt stuffy, and with the window open, the sound of passing trains was noticeable.

Everything is very modern, extremely clean, and the staff is very friendly. I was impressed by the self-check-in machine and the design of the lighting and the interior space.

Located in industrial area, but it's close to a train station or if you're with a car it's not a deal breaker for sure.

Building is brand new and very very clean. Check in was contactless and easy, checkout too. Breakfast was also nice.

The breakfast was excellent. The employees give their best for an comfortable stay. Check-in is super easy. The employees are available every time. The rooms are equipped with cosy mattresses. The price is perfect. The egg dish was so delicious… I‘m coming back!

I found everything was fine.

Everything was fine. Check-in is very easy and I was able to get into the building quickly. The room was extremely clean. Everything is new and tidy. The dining area is really nice and the breakfast was really delicious. The lady at the reception was very helpful. Parking is possible directly next to the building and there is always a free space. The room has a super equipment! I will come back soon.

The check-in machine simply didn't work for us. Transaction refused when paying for the second room. Machine on tilt. We got stuck with only one room key at midnight! Luckily staff came in to help, but nobody at the reception initially.

I have booked two double rooms. Upon arrival at the hotel, we found that in one room the mattress stank of sweat, although the linen had been changed.. In the other room it was impossible to take a shower, water was flowing into the room. We contacted the hotel manager and within an hour the cleaner came to clean the mattress and remove the water. After cleaning the water, the cleaner said that you shouldn't turn on the water so much and you can put more towels under the door so that the water does not flow into the room. Great solution! The hotel still needs to give free rubber slippers for swimming! 😉 Safety equipment is on top! We contacted the hotel manager again as the issues remained unresolved. To which we received the answer that everything is fine, the mattress does not stink like that and the water does not flow into the room anymore ... And if it does, use towels on the floor so that the water does not flow into the room ... After another conversation with the manager, we I had to leave the hotel, I did not receive a refund. In this situation, booking did not help either.. I have a short video of how water leaked into the room, unfortunately there is no way to publish it in booking.

Unfortunately nothing, we had to leave the hotel.
