The water in the swimming pool was not heated as described.

Spacious and modern room with a nice view to Schafberg. The sauna area is simple but nice and quiet. Good breakfast buffet with some regional or homemade products. Great location between the Irrsee and the Mondsee.

There were many mosquitos in our room after our arrival but after a little fight we won and we could sleep normally :)

The hotel staff is really friendly, smiling and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely superb!! Many many choices we enjoyed it!

No air-conditioning can be very challenging on a warm day. We had keep doors open to get some air moving in the room between corridor and balcony.

Very friendly place, wonderful views, excellent food. Modern place with swimming pool, good parking, and charging station for electric cars. Located in the countryside, 5-10 minutes by car from lakes. Very pleasant stay and many thanks to the great staff.

We killed 10 flies in our room and we didn’t even have a window open.

The view from the terrace where we had drinks was great, and the breakfast was out of this world with so many wonderful offerings. The bartender and people at the desk couldn’t have been nicer.

The room. Mattresses were too soft sorry couldn’t sleep. Also balcony to busy parking place in the morning is disturbing. Couldn’t open for more air as too loud and too near and people from street would see inside. Was not written at the listing.

The description was misleading. We were expecting the hotel.to be on the lake as it offers a private beach. This is not really fair or accurate as the beach is at another hotel on the lake. This was disappointing. We would have had to drive again to the lake after such a long day driving anyway. Also there is no minibar in the room or any bottles water on offer. This should be addressed to improve the guest facilities.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant offer a very good choice, breakfast us amazing ..Our room.was brand new, just about finished in time i would.say. Great location for.those on long journeys as it sits 5 minutes from the motorway in a peaceful little village a few miles east of Salzburg with mountain views. Note: this hotel is not by the lake The private beach belongs to another hotel which is on the lake Mondaee.

There is no air conditioner. We had a very hot day about 30 deg and the heat in the rooms was unbearable. It was a fan in every room but still it was hot. It has no elivator (it was not a problem for us).

The rooms and the hotel are sparkling clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent. The facilities (kids playground and pool were very useful). Good location outside Wien (30min drive to the airport). Big and free parking place.

The pantry didn't have any equipment and bathroom has a bath only, feels somewhat outdated. Room comes with a very small balcony, it could do with something to air clothes/etc.

Hi, guys! Thanks for being nice and friendly. Really enjoyed the way back from Mondsee to the hotel through the alpine valleys on the dawn. Way about 40-50mins full of the picturesque views. Best after the hearty dinner on the beach ;) The room was nice and tidy! Best value for money :) room N8 has a lovely view on mountains, which I was kindly provided with due to my prior request. Breakfast - is a classic Viennese/Austrian one: boiled eggs, ham, Semmel, jam etc. Could be a little more diverse, though good! All in all, if you’re up for walking, could be a good option! Recommended :)

We had several problems with the reception and services in a few days. Simple requests not listened to, prices that changed from receptionist to receptionist, room not cleaned. We also tried to discuss with Mr. Taubenberger, Hotel Manager, but probably too much young to listen the customers needs and more interested in replying and finding justifications. The answer I received - at the end- was that '..working with real people, all mistakes could happen.." and they tried to give me a jar of honey to solve the problems. I thjik not professional. Last but not least: we booked a balcony room as done for other hotels in Austria.. But in the Prielbauer Ladhotel the balcony was 1x1 meter. Really strange that in Booking web site, the selected room has detailed pictures of the internal space and only an upper section of the balcony..Just a mistake of real people? At the end the point for which I consider most serious: the set up of the bed for the children had the pillow in correspondence of two electrical sockets right where children's hands can touch it while they sleep. Pictures annex. Dear Mr. Taubenberger, thank you very much for your discount of 40 euro, but for the future, I strongly prefer to pay the full amount and leave your "real people" to other guests. Thanks anyway for your kindness hospitality.

A nice renovated hotel (a part is still being renovated) close to beautiful nature. We had a view of the forest and the mountains, absolute beauty in the morning at breakfast time! The breakfasts were varied and very tasty, the selection was large and everything was of good quality and fresh. All the staff were always very kind and helpful. There is a free parking lot in front of the hotel and there were always plenty of places. There is also a bar and a restaurant in the hotel, both look nice, but we didn't try them out because we were only going back to the hotel to sleep. The equipment in the room is classic, the beds are comfortable. It was quiet for sleeping, nothing disturbed us. I highly recommend this hotel to those who are going to discover the breathtaking nature as it´s a short distance from all the local lakes.
