The place is very cosy and the surroundings are nice for walking around. Sauna gives a fantastic opportunity to relax. Having a bathtub in the bathroom is also very helpful to rest after an intensive learning day.

note that top2 apartment has extremely steep stairs. it is not very kids/elderly people friendly. floors are very squeaky, it is a little disturbing. there are no mosquito nets on the windows. a hive of hornets lives on the balcony. floors could be cleaner. sofa and chairs in the living room could use some cleaning/renovation. but in general those were small things, place is still very nice and comfortable. and had everything a person needs )

it is quite spacious. well equipped kitchen. good mattresses. location is ok - 8 minutes till rax cable car by car. 13 minutes walk to the village. playground 4 minutes by car. check Kinder Insel - öffentlicher Spielplatz. our toddler liked it. also Lenau-Insel park right next to it. parking is available on the side of the street near the house. internet is fast and stable. bathroom has heated floors. self checkin is easy and convenient. there is a nice yard with the dining table, barbecue and sauna, which we didnt use, but still is a nice touch. there is a baby stokke chair, which our toddler was very happy to use ))

The apartment (Top 1) was spacious, clean and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. Particularly liked the conservatory. Parking was free of charge on the street. Restaurant, bakery, butcher were all close by. Oh, and I've nearly forgotten and sauna!

We had upper appartment, which was lovely, clean, with plenty of light. For 4- member family absolutely adequate. Nice porch overlooking the garden and local street, close to the center (visited local pub). Kitchen was well equiped, plenty of plates, glasses, there is a toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and drip coffee maker, cookware enough for light quick meal (pasta for kids etc.). Enough towels for everyone. 25-30 minutes far from Semmering Ski Areal (Stuhleck), mostly on motorway.

We stayed at the apartment Top 2 and the stairs leading to the apartment are quite steep - but that's the nature of the house - so just a recommendation: be prepared for it and do not take too much stuff in your hands with you especially if you need to unlock the door first. Also, I would ask the host to clean the stains on the upholstery (chairs, sofa) as it was the only "weak spot" of the accommodation, otherwise the apartment was clean.

Very nice, cozy apartment with anything you might need during your stay (well equipped, enough towels, toilet paper, pellets for the pellet stove - very nice!), nicely furbished and decorated. All of the information provided upfront were accurate and it was easy to find the place, keys, how to use the equipment - all was clearly described. We felt comfortable in the apartment. I can imagine it must be great to stay there in summer as well!

It was difficult to find parking when we arrived after dark - we only found out later that there is street parking.

Our 1st floor flat was spacious with a large master bedroom, "country modern" in decor, spotless and located in a well-tended neighborhood a short walk from the town pool in the centrum. The enclosed front porch was a great place for morning coffee or an evening drink.

The apartment was super cosy and comfortable, also very quite. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and had everything you need. There is a small playground in 3 min and small town with very nice cafe in 5 min walking distance. He owner was very kind and helpful, and responded quickly. Happy to recommend! Would stay here again!

Absolutely loved the area, the apartment is let down by the conservatory- it is very dated. The house is renovated and over 100 years old, so lots of charm but the accompanying small areas/rooms are as you would expect in an old house. It is very clean, so no real complaint, couple of small maintenance issues expected of an old home. The garden is quite overgrown but still charming. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a glass cabinet - old fashioned but fun. Lovely stay.
