Breakfast was excellent,great choice of fresh bread,rolls,pretzels and different homemade cake every day.Comfy beds and great size bathroom.We enjoyed tge swimming pool and saunas too.Our hostess took us to Kaprun glacier so we could safe time to get there. Thank you so much Martina ! Highly recommended Bed and Breakfast.

The general lighting in the room could have done with being brighter, and external lighting to get to the boot room after dark. It was difficult to find the boot room and the swimming pool area internally because there is no signage on the doors - this would be helpful. The house is twenty minutes walk from the town; the buses do not run in the evening, so it's twenty minutes walk uphill on the way back. There is only one (expensive) restaurant nearby (which we didn't try); otherwise you need to go into town to get dinner. But soup is available at the house in the early evening.

Comfortable spacious room with good storage. Good breakfast and very welcome apres-ski soup available. Really nice little swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Bus stop close by. Very kind and friendly landlady.

It is not within walking distance to Zell am See town centre as it is far up the hill, however we were aware of this when booking and we used our car each time. The pool isn't heated, although my children didn't mind. I was happy to sit on a lounger and watch them swim.

Breakfast was full of variety, food was excellent. The host greeted each family warmly every morning. She even gave each family a New Year's gift, which was a superb touch. I felt the host went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Her knowledge of the slopes was extremely helpful. The spa area is fantastic after a long day skiing. There is a brilliant current in the pool to help you swim against it. I really loved the sauna and steam room.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartement, it was beautiful and comfy. We took the bus whenever we went to the lake, to the city. We adored the indoor pool as well. But the best of the bests was the lovely family running the hotel. Thank you for yóur patience for our endless questions, your kindness and hospitality!

We had found from the beginning all we needed: confort, understanding, very good services, tasty breakfast (Mrs. Martina is wonderfull and prepared us something healthy and homenade ecery morning), clean and warm pool with întrarea, sauna, good advices, free parking, cery closet to all important atractions from Zell am See, situate în a quiet, but good area. The host (Martina an all family) îs awesome. We will come back here. Thank you!

The location was close to the ski lift Schmittenhohenbahn, reachable by bus, in front of the house, only two stops away. The location has facilities (breakfast, indoor pool, sauna, ski storage room). The apartments are big and clean. We were lucky because at the end of February we had the chance to take part in the annual carnival in town, Fasching.

This place is a little gem not far from the ski lifts. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. The spa facilities were superb and very clean and well maintained. It exceeded our expectations! Would definitely return!

We felt very comfortable. Everything was perfect! The location is Superb, it’s quite and calm during night yet walkable distance to downtown with lots of restaurants and very close to the cable car and slopes. The owner is super nice and helpful. sauna and pool is very well maintained. Beds are comfortable and breakfast fantastic. I hope We will come back soon
