The furnitures are good but it’s too much for the room. The sofa is not comfortable for sleeping

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

We liked everything! The location was incredibly beautiful. Our apartments (#1 and #2) were comfortable and well appointed. Trevor was so very nice. We talked with some people in town and they were all so warm and pleasant. It was nice to get away from tourist packed areas.

The rooms have less maneuver space due to decorations though artistically planned and placed leaving bigger luggage , cooking space etc constrained

The best part of the property is the thought that's gone into make this a cozy place . Mr . Trevor has gone into the last detail to cover any little item to a sewing needle literally to make your stay comfortable. The location in exquisite for those looking at a calm place nestled in the valley away from the buzz of the town.

There wasn't really anything to not like.

The location was ideal, and the scenery was amazing. I was very clean and well equipped for self-catering. It is in a very peaceful area with a great restaurant, just a short walk away.

Very nice charming apartment with kitchen and lot of usefull details in it. We appreciated the comfotable bed and you can even watch prime amazon or netflix. Very calm place with good accesibility to Hallstatt.

Amazing accommodation with beautiful views of the snowy mountains. Great hosts who were more than happy to recommend local restaurants and attractions. The room was cosy with a very comfortable bed and a south facing balcony. There is a selection of drinks (wine, beer, soft drinks) and also a small selection of food available (Honesty box) if you get caught short and miss the local shop. A great sleep due to there being no light or noise pollution outside. Very peaceful. Half a mile from the ski slopes and the 5 fingers walk. Would definitely recommend Landhaus Osborne to anyone considering this part of the world.

Nothing at all, it was all perfect

The stay was perfect! The owner is friendly and very communicative. The house itself is perfect, the room was extremely cosy, clean and had everything we needed. The hotel Is located in a quiet area near the skiing slope which was a plus. It's also very close to Hallstat. A car is a must as everything is a driving distance away. We loved our stay & already booked another for May.

The whole experience was fantastic. The room felt like a royal suite, it was really magical. The most interesting things in the room were the heating paintings and the amazingly comfortable king sized bed. Viewing mountains in the morning gave us the necessary energy for the day. The instructions were really clear just like the recommendations for things to do while we were there. The owner was really friendly, he even let us practice my violin during the day and the minibar in the establishment was a great idea that helped us refresh in the late hours of the day.

Only a piece of advice :-). If you want to have dinner in restaurants in Obertraun book it really in advance, otherwise you have to drive, for example, to Bad Goisern. (Hallstatt restaurants are also out of topic)

Friendly, comunicative host always available to help you with every issue. Clean, cosy rooms, romantic attic room. The kitchens fully equiped. Additionally, you can buy yourself coffee capsules, drinks, snacks and cans with some meal just in the front of your room doors 24 hours a day.

A cozy apartment with everything you might need. The little details make you feel like home and we like it very much. It's just 10 min away from Hallstatt by car and it's really quiet and not crowded like Hallstatt. The owners took care of everything for a perfect stay.

The luggage needs to be carried minimum 2 flights of stairs...

The location was great! Hosts gave us practical suggestions on making our vacation better, suggesting local lesser known places to visit, restaurants to eat! this made our stay even more enjoyable.

Some of the saucepan lids don’t fit. We should have talked more to our hosts about the nearest route to the river for walking there (it’s only 300 metres away but we got lost!). You can then walk along the river to the lake, which is on the other side of Obertraun.

The rooms are cosy and we had a view of the Dachsteins mountains from our balcony and spotted flycatchers nesting on the rooves from the other window. The little garden with summerhouse for dining is charming. Obertraun is a good location to visit the amazing Hallstatt and the Dachsteins from and the lakeside beach gets the evening sun so perfect for a swim at the end of the day. The pizzas at the restaurant there are fabulous.

we stayed in room nr3, It was located on the top floor. Access was a bit uncofortable. Especially if you elderly or have a big suitcase. Also the space is very tiny. Although very cute little room. If youre a bigger person, it might be uncofortable in the shower. Otherwise everything was super.

Stairs for our room were really steep which is fine if you are fit but be careful if not or elderly. Room was really nice but might be nicer still with a little less stuff in it (big wardrobe, chest of drawers etc.)
