NetherlandsThere was a wedding party and we were warned at reception that it may cause noice for which they apologized. Maybe they should have informed us upfront so that we can decide if we want to put up with the noise. It was very hot in the rooms with no airconditioning. The hotel lies directly on a the main road in the village so there is constant traffic at the front, make sure you have a room at the back… Staff was ok but not particularly friendly and welcome. Maybe because they were so busy but we missed the personal touch that one would expect in a village hotel.
Nice terrace where you sit outside for dinner and breakfast.

United KingdomRestaurant unfriendly. I understand if you don't like one-night stays, then don't offer them, but when you do, don't treat us as second rate. Our dinner ended with the restaurant manager making an inappropriate remark about my partner. A place to avoid, sadly.
We had booked two rooms, travelling with my elderly parents to break up a longer journey. Our first room was cosy, quiet with private balcony and good views, while the other room was acing the road and thus quite noisy. Room sizes are good, well-maintained and clean.

ItalyI booked a room with dinner included but there was no indication that dinner was served between 5pm and 7pm! Arrived around 7:30 pm and no one told me even though I clearly asked for my dinner to be included in the reservation: receptionist in a hurry, poor English and bordering on politeness. I dined "a la cart" and they insisted I had to pay! However, the next day the receptionist (a kinder lady than the day before) deducted around € 20 from my bill.

If you are looking for an amazing hotel in Ebbs, Austria 🇦🇹 look no further! This was my third time staying at this amazing hotel centrally located in the Beautiful Village Of Ebbs in Austria 🇦🇹. It is consistently above par and everyone that works here goes out of their way to take care of their guest. The rooms are very modern and are always prepared for the guests. The hotel has a great restaurant that offers a large selection of different entrees. Anita, Julia and everyone on the restaurant team are all so professional and take a lot of pride in their jobs. Everyone goes the extra mile to ensure the guests have a wonderful time at the restaurant. Every Morning the Breakfast offered is totally Awesome!l Large selection of bread, cheese, cereal , meats and drinks. You definitely won’t be disappointed in this hotel and it’s restaurant. As stated to you in above it was my third time staying at the amazing establishment. I definitely look forward to returning in the near future. The owner and his son really went out of their way to make me feel very welcome and made sure I had a taxi when leaving the hotel. Note you can get bus cards at the reception. The bus stops are right outside the hotel. Great coffee shops also near the hotel. The hotel has an amazing swimming pool, Sauna and steam Room!! This hotel rates five stars and more. A must visit when in the Beautiful Village Of Ebbs, Austria 🇦🇹! Can not wait till my next visit!

If you are looking for an amazing hotel in Ebbs , Austria, look no further. I loved my stay so much I decided to stay an extra few days. As always the staff were so friendly and professional. When I decided to stay an extra few days. Anita whom is one of the amazing staff members made my room change very easy. Also Anita deals with a lot of the dinning room. Everyone I encountered that was part of the staff were so kind, professional , friendly and all provided Amazing Customer Service. Totally Awesome on so many levels. The owner and his Son are really great people and go out their way to ensure your stay is great. This Hotel rates five stars and more. Note the hotel is right beside the bus stops for Kuffstein and Kossen. You can get special tourist cards for the bus at the reception. The hotel provides an amazing breakfast. I highly recommend visiting the hotel restaurant at night. Amazing Menu and great customer service!! The hotel has a Great Swimming Pool, Sauna and Steam Room. Lastly I left a very important brief case at the bus stop. I realized this while I was well into my bus ride. I immediately got off the bus and called the hotel. The owner picked up the phone and took my details. He went and checked the bus stop for me near the hotel. I ended up taking a Taxi back to the hotel. Upon exiting the taxi. The owner comes out of his hotel with my very important brief case that I had left at the bus stop while rushing to get on the bus towards Kossen. I think this is very good reason to stay at this amazing establishment! They all go above and beyond for their guests. If you are the owner and read this review-Danka!!! Lastly I hope this review helps you out on your decision in getting an amazing hotel in Ebbs! This hotel rates five stars and more! I definitely will be returning in the near future! If you are looking for an amazing place to stay in the Beautiful Village of Ebbs, Austria look no further! I loved everything about this property. My room was absolutely amazing! Very clean, great view, amazing balcony, T.V. And great bathroom. The staff are all very professional and friendly. The breakfast is off the charts! Totally Awesome selection ! Amazing Bread, Coffee, Orange Juice, Water, Salmon, Cream Cheese and amazing dinning room. The restaurant is above par. Kudos to everyone on the restaurant team. I loved the swimming pool , Saunas and Steam room. I definitely will be staying in this hotel again. Well I just booked my self a few extra night! You won’t be disappointed! This hotel is centrally located in Ebbs. Great access to the bus service. Be sure to get a special card from the reception. This gives you free access to the buses while staying at this establishment. Lastly this property rates five stars and more!! Definitely will be on my list of places to stay in Austria!
