The 2 men at the reception desk were only there to make a presence for getting their salary not to be agreable with the guests of the hotel The breakfast was organized to be self service without even caring to put something on the tables A total indiference towards the guests

It’s clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the restaurant was wonderful. It is close proximity to all the beautiful lakes and hikes in the area.

Very decent hotel. Without luxuries, the hotel is not the newest. But for that price I didn't expect it will be so nice. Big plus for kind staff, great breakfast (and kid's corner in the dinning room!) and of course localisation: we could walk to the lake, children's playground.

Only thick winter covers provided while the outdoor temperature was 32 Celsius. Almost no TV channels in English. People yelling and slamming doors on the hallway, but this is not hotel's fault.

Amazing breakfast. Nothing special compared with other hotels, except that all the food tasted very good. Big rooms. Ample parking space.

We are sleepers but get up early enough to catch breakfast. But each day the cleaning lady came to our room while we were still in bed or still in the room but then never come back to clean.

We had a big room with a kitchenette. There was everything that we needed to have some snack or little dinner in the room. There is a fridge, coffee maker, and oven but not a dishwasher. We also appreciate a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountain. The parking space is right in front of the hotel. Breakfast is fine with enough selection to choose from. Also, there was a little teapot and a selection of good tea. Feuerkogel cable car is within walking distance and the train station as well. There is also a hotel restaurant where they cook decently. We were very satisfied here and I could recommend this hotel.

It is a very nice family run hotel. I can totally recommend it. I found it by accident, it was marked as having good internet, and it was in the center of a region, where I needed to go to 3 towns for work. I stayed a day longer as one meeting was cancelled, so worked in the room, which was very well possible, Teams meetings and all as the internet is indeed excellent. I ate only one night at the restaurant, as it was closed 2 days I was there (Closing days are Tuesday and Wednesday) and the food was excellent. One night I asked where to rent a bike and the owner gave me a very good e-bike, so I enjoyed the region, rode 40K!Rooms are large and well equipped, bathroom had a bath, which was nice too and the room also had a big balcony, with view on the mountains. Parking is safe, big and free. It is very good value for money. Breakfast is excellent and I will surely come back, when I need to be in the region.

We loved the hotel, perfect place for a family. We had a suit - large room, kitchenette with everything needed, the room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was good, there was a space with toys for kids in the breakfast room. The hotel itself is located on a very good place with a large parking, there's a good playground next to the hotel. For those travelling by train the train stop is very close to the hotel. Overall all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Andreas for creating a great atmosphere I the hotel :)

The hotel staff is very friendly and also skilled in handling unexpected situations. Breakfast was great. The location provides opportunity to make trips to surrounding mountains or Hallstatt.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is also great if you want to go hiking nearby (Feuerkogel, Sonnstein, etc). The breakfast is very delicious and offers many regional options as well as some vegan options. I can definitely recommend this place! For dinner, check out the restaurant right next to the hotel, it’s very good!

it's very close to train station and the lake boat stop, walking distance to cable car. This side of the lake is a good choice if you want to relax and enjoy the nature. Ebensee is charming with all the small bridges. The room was quite big and very clean, the staff welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Good breakfast and very good coffee, the breakfast room is quite nice with good view and natural light.

When booking online, it was written that the room with the double bed also has a kitchen inside, which is not true. Disappointed with the response of the staff and booking. Otherwise, nice room, nice view, clean.
