Room was a good size with ensuite shower. Very clean. Location was very near a park and about 10 minute walk to the centre of Innsbruck. The staff were very friendly with English spoken and gave good advice as to where to go for an evening meal. Would stay at this hotel again.

pay extra for car park and pay extra for local tax

The breakfast is so good . But for parking we have to pay extra which it is not include in the room price and we just know aftet we book room aleady. It is better if you inform about this. And we have to pay for local tax extra again . I think for the price of room should include all.

No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Complimentary water would have been a bonus. Slightly bigger room.

Location of hotel, near a park. Staff very friendly and informative. Man on reception gave us a map and pinpointed places of interest. Good selection at breakfast.

The location s a bit far by foot from the old town, but the bus system is good and located right around the corner.

Excellent, large and quite room. Great souna on the top floor and the staff are friendly and professional. We will stay there again for sure.

15 min walking to city centre. Not a lot to do / see around the hotel, but safe area.

Big size room and bathroom. Breakfast buffet very nice. Possibly to park the car although not cheap. Friendly staff. Ability to have lunch / diner.

very nice breakfast with fresh food. amazing location with mountain view from the room! also there is a small park in front of the hotel, we liked spending some time there. It's also just 15 min by walk from the railway station.

The pillows were perhaps a bit too thin. The entrance to the parking was a bit narrow, one has to be very careful. Aircon turned off by itself in the middle of the night, not sure why, have to turn it on again.

We can order hot breakfast like omelette for the breakfast buffet which was great. Bathroom was very big, bright, clean and gorgeous.

The room was clean, comfortable and bright. Also, as a bonus, it had a balcony with an awesome mountains view. Breakfast was full of different options even with some fish, which is not common for the hotel breakfasts. The location is quite ok. It's around 7 mins walk from the central station, but it's on the opposite side of the historical centre, which is around 15 mins walk, but it is still quite fine. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Although the rooms may seem a bit old fashioned, don't be fooled because the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast spread was fantastic too.

Maybe a bit far from the city center, but we enjoyed the little walk to get there. Parking was a bit pricey since the hotel isn't exactly in the center.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very beautiful, comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed a lot the sauna/relax zone, which exceeded our expectations. The little "Stube" at the hotel served incredible food for a fair price!

Not much, restaurant is only Monday to Friday which was annoying. Room was very warm but just turned radiators down and was perfect. could of been more central but was no hassle
