Very central, close to public transport and shopping area. Perfect for those who want to stay in the city and also go see Schönbrunn.

Room for 2 people is very nice.. with a view from a street. Location is very nice because you have Bahnof near the Hotel.

The room was slightly too warm. I would not want a fire alarm. It was clear what to do but the path to the nearest exit would have been very long.

Computer for guests in reception was incredibly slow. Room was hot and aircon didn't work properly (it was too windy to have the window open). Location would be good for shopping but a long walk to historical part of the city.

The parking garage is really small, hard to go down with a bigger car. The shower was moldy. The hotel corridors smelled and there were too few elevators.

The location is really good. Supermarket, cafés and shop in one minute walking distance. Really good public trasportation.

When asked, the hotel confirmed the acceptance of a cat in the room since the hotel is classified as a pet friendly hotel.Once arrived, the receptionist informed us that the cat was not accepted in the hotel room as per hotel politics. We had to wait for the receptionist to check if we really got the confirmation from the hotel before to be allowed to check in. Also, we were told that we would have to pay an extra 100 euro if they find cat hair in the room at checkout. We didn't pay anything extra in the end since there was nothing wrong with the room at checkout, and the overall stay at the hotel was good, but the attitude of the receptionist was very unprofessional.

Only 1 elevator working. It took ages every time I wanted to go to my room. Thankfully it was located in the 1st floor, and I ended up taking the stairs. The room was a bit noisy because of the traffic in the street.

Location is perfect. The room was big, and the bed very comfortable.

I was particularly disappointed with the cleaning service in my room. Despite assurances that rooms would be serviced, our room remained unattended until the afternoon, which was not in line with the expected standards of promptness and thoroughness. The hotel hallways on the 4th floor were notably dirty, with accumulated dust and traces of dirt suggesting insufficient attention to regular cleaning.

The location is perfect and the receptionists were very kind.

The lifts were quite slow and small and only two out of the three seemed to be working. We often used the stairs to get to the third floor.

The rooms were comfortable and cosy. There was a good selection of dishes for breakfast and they were well presented. The location was good at the end of the main shopping street. It was also close to the U3 underground which made it very easy to get in and out of the city centre. The centre was also a pleasant walk from the hotel.

Problem with parking, i lost 30min searching feee park space because hotel garage was full, but i think it is not full probably broken or something... because nothing left garage the whole 2 days and nobody get in, but at least they could tell us that instant.

The room is too small even for 1 person. I stayed with my friend and it was pretty closely. The bathroom door didn't close all the way, so it caused uncomfortable moments as well. But. The main problem was with wifi connection on the room. When I worked online it’s super important, it worked good on the 1st floor and reception area, but in the room was definitely terrible(((( please check it and fix asap, for travelers it’s an important thing.

The place is good, close to train station where u can take a train to other places of Austria, metro and trams. Walking distance from places to eat, the main attractions and the shopping street.
