But unfortunately, not everything was great. I was surprised by the room's equipment. I expected something suitable from the four-star hotel.  The room's equipment was very simple. I missed some basic things necessary for a smooth stay.  I missed, for example, an ordinary hand soap, further cups. We didn't have any cups in our room. I traveled with my 7-year-old daughter. But sometimes an adult person is thirsty.  I missed further an electric kettle, too.  I shouldn't forget to write a drying rack for clothes. You return after ski day, and you don't have any chance to dry your clothes. Please see an attachment.  We all know some people don’t know the rules of having a sauna. It was hard to accept that people were wearing swimming dresses in a sauna. On the other side, the hotel didn't offer sauna sheets.  In the end, the hotel is a great choice. For 100%. Please don't read this review as criticism. This is a chance to improve a hotel service. 

First of all, I am very thankful that I chose Hotel Lerch for your ski holiday. The position of the hotel is no doubt great. It takes just a few minutes to get to Skibus Station. The journey to Alpendorf takes up to ten minutes.  The meal was incredible. I have no complaints about service.

The sound of the road next to Hotel. We were on the corner so the evening traffic took a bit of getting used to, however everything else made up for our stay so don't let it put you off.

Hotel at this price not even having slippers in the room. Only two bathrobes in a room booked by four. Mold on the ceiling of the room. Room service not attending every day. Staff member in restaurant teaching guest how to use silverware. Staff in restaurant not bothering to offer coffee with breakfast. Pool/wellness hours very limited, overlapping dinner time and not available after 7pm. Laundy laying in the walkways most of the day. Staff member in restaurant emphasizing "but your cappuccino will cost extra" - like what's the problem? The food on the dinner menu is not always very good.
