You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United Kingdomthe big problem is the absence of any blind or shades in the bedroom so you get awake with the sun. Of you like sleeping in a dark room this is not the place for you and this is my reason of a 8 instead of a 9 or a 10. I would never book it in summer as the run rise earlier. There is no real shower and there is no lavatory in the toilet room to wash your hand before opening the door. A mirror outside the bathroom would be also a good addition.
nearby multiple nice restaurant, nearly in front of a bus stop and only 15 minutes walk from the train station. Gorgeous small and quiet apartment with a very big bedroom. Fully equipped with all expected amenities. I would recommend but with some notices (see below)

Hungaryblackout curtains in the living room are missing, so in case somebody sleeps there and need darkness, that can be an issue.
Good location, nice decor, very clean, kitchen is equipped properly (tea, Nespresso, even aroma diffuser) Host is very kind and helpful, communication was good. Air-condition was a big plus during the hottest day of the summer.

HungaryOur apartment was on the second floor (apartment nr 3). The air condition was barely working, blewing out warm air the whole time (probably it hasnt been maintained regularly). There are huge windows in the bedroom, but no curtains so the temperature was arond 30 degrees celsius, even hotter than outside. Kitchen is well equipped but plates, silverware, glasses and the oven were dirty... We tried to contact the owner, but they were not answering and obviously the messages before arrival and check out were automatically set. So do not expect any help if you need assistance.
The apartman was easily accessible and well equipped. Self checkin possibility and detailed information booklet was provided before arrival. Nespresso coffee machine was good.
