The location was really hard to find,, we could have done with some pictures of the property as it's in a big complex. I understand that it's self check in, however we had a problem with a blocked sink and nobody was there to sort it out. The communication was good, but I can't believe they don't have a maintenance person available for these sorts of issues.

The apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Huge bathroom and nice little kitchenette, free washing machines in the basement.

It was very difficult to find our apartment unit in the back of the building with no prior directions. Apt residents had to help us and they said it was a constant problem. The tv looked like the pixels were shattered - why have a tv?

The access into the building was a little tricky and the rain water shower head needs to be descaled so that the water actually runs out like it should and not in every direction.

Great location to explore Linz on foot! Rooms are spacious and clean.

The room was so clean and warm and everything that I need inside it but the problem your room middle other normal apartments then if you are sensitive to voice maybe this place doesn’t good for you because you will hear the voice child of other neighbors same me on 11 pm and 5am and find the entrance little is difficult please see the photo that I attached and for enter to building you will have 2 silver keypad but you must use doorbell system of house. In any problem you can call customer service and they will help you.

The bells on the nearby church tower were ringing every 15 minutes from 6am till midnight and were extremely loud even with windows closed

Complicated check in process, no staff. Building location different to the address on booking.com, building part of an elderly persons day centre, church bells ring all night long, very small kitchen area, only one huge saucepan. Room hot and no A/C or fan

one thing that can drag the review down, is that at the entrance it was different kind of people, smoking and looking a bit weird . The place looks like an old hospital or something? the rest it was ok.

Had a small issue with the door codes. There was an alternative suggestion from the info given, which worked great, I just needed to fully read the instructions! Price is probably fair for what you get in Linz... just a bit more than my usual budget :)

Looks like this was univertsity/student accomodation of a very high standard... very comforatable and clean studio and bathroom. Just over the river from the city. Some small shops and supermarkets in the vicinity.

Arriving late night, all shops were closed already, but the city is only a few hundred meters across the bridge; very late shopping, better do at the station.

The little apartment was really a great home for my few days in Linz. All necessary things, even coffee&milk, were provided and all was nice and clean!

The only thing was that there was smell coming from the toilet pipes. Nevertheless if the toilet door was closed the room was fine.

The directions to the building provided by limehome were great, better than relying on google maps as I did initially. Also the door code for the building entrance didn't work, punching it in repeatedly was frustrating. For the record, the apartment door code worked fine but I really don't like the over-reliance on technology.

Great location near a tram stop. Clean and modern apartment, it was peaceful and quiet. The room had everything I needed for a great stay.

- There is no parking, you have to find and pay for parking elsewhere - No washing machine in the room - Church is directly across the street and as lovely as it is, the bells ring all night and morning - Room gets very warm so the windows were always kept open, this is really wasteful energy wise and also made it really difficult to sleep due to the noise - No oven, just a small stove top and poor lighting in the kitchen area so it was difficult to prep meals or clean

- Location worked great for me - Everyone on the building was courteous - Shower was great
