It was not easy to open the door (pin was working but the handle seemed to be stuck). Other than that everything was perfect!

We stayed here for one night and we were very satified. The appartment was spacious, clean and comfy. There are only 5 parking lots and already all full when we arrived, but parking on the street was free and you don’t have to pay in a night. Pre-arrival communication was very clear as well as self check-in online.

The apartment is situated on main street so from 6am on becomes very rumorous from the outside (garbage people, workers) and it's impossible to sleep. Maybe owners should consider of changing windows

-: the boiler was not working (no warm nor hot water; but customer service is available 24/7, they did not fix the boiler, but they made correction/compensation in some other way); not enough parking places (for the weekend that is not a problem, but during the week it is).

+: apt was renovated nicely, spacious, warm and smells nice; customer service is available 24/7, and they have a sense for business of managing accomodation.

The lack of information for parking. And the customer service over the phone, they said that this place has no parking and we should go and park 1,5 km away in a parking garage. While there was a parking on premises.

It was very difficult finding the courtyard for parking our car as no instructions were provided. When I Phoned up the Help desk on arriving at the accommodation, a nice lady said she would send me an email with directions but the email never arrived. Ended up getting directions from a nearby shop. We suggest that Limehome provides more details and also Sat Nav GPS of the Car Parking for future customers. The cables underneath the TV were messy and looked like a temporary solution. We recommend that they be tidied up in a small cabinet for example? Suggest some smaller cereal bowls would be useful as well because what was provided were Serving Bowls. A simple Beer Bottle Opener would also be a welcome addition! Unfortunately we could not get the Induction Hot plate in the Kitchen to work but we made do.The Light above the sink is temperamental. One of the coffee cups was not washed properly from the previous occupier and took 2 days to soak clean! More shelf space in the bathroom would be useful. Finally, It is important to note that the accommodation is located directly in front of the main Church and every morning at 7 am prompt the bells will chime continuously for around 35 times!

The accommodation was clean, well presented and very secure. Nice Bedding and lovely toiletries. Free Car parking was welcomed.

The apartment provided is changed and is not the one I originally booked. I was confused and failed to locate the property which has two entrances with two different addresses when I arrived. No key for the apartment and guests have to memorise passwords for entry.

The apartment offered is a cleaned and well equipped property which make me feel comfortable. The location is great and next to the church.

Maybe I wolud say communication, but nothing special.Ok, I was booked 5 apartments and maybe that was the reason. I hope that they will communicate simplier with someone who will book more apartments. I was spoke with 10 different people on whatsapp, a lot of mails and messages on booking (surely that were automatic message) and I was lost in few moments with a lot of message on 3 fronts.Since I booked 5 apartments, maybe they could make it easier for me(I was the main booker and I asked them to put my ID on all apartments because I was resposible for all guest but they said that that's immpossible so I should give them 5 different ID-s and selfies and ...) Maybe I'm dramatizing little bit but it was so stressfu to enter into the apartment (a lot of passwords and). I tought that I am entering in a pentagon. But I want to repeat and emphasize that everything else was amazing.

The apartments are great and modern. I would recommend it to everyone.

My only issue was the stench from the bathroom. That was very unpleasant.

Great location just at the heart of the city. The room size as big enough for two adults and one child. Also, they provided a baby cot, which was very helpful. The price is also very affordable.

This is a very nice appartement in the city centre of Villach. Everything looked new, it was clean and well-equipped. The price is very reasonable for what you get. The check-in is fully online/digital with no staff onsite so it's no problem to arrive late.

It was a little bit difficult to find and the walk was slightly uphill from the train station.

Beautiful room with a view over the church square with the bonus of lovely church bells on Sunday morning. Great restaurants nearby, super friendly town...wished we could have stayed longer.
