In the information provided for the check-in (the passwords) the password for the Postgasse 3 (parking space) isn’t mentioned - it is 1133.

Extremely tidy, clean, spatious, the location couldn’t be better (right in the city center), easy check-in and check-out process.

There was no lift so getting cases up and down was a.bit of a struggle,

Location was great right in the centre and opposite the main church. Space was clean and more than adequate for 2 people.

This little apartment was such a great find. Exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed. The contactless check-in system worked perfectly and we had no issues at all. Plus it was nice to see that they had already made up the sofa-bed for us with towels all neatly laid out and everything since we had said we would be 3 guests.

Kitchen oven was not clean. On one side of the bed there is no plugs. Apartment is very worn out. One of the chairs was broken.

The location couldn’t be more central. Parking was in a private parking lot and free.

1/ If driving then beware! What the description does not tell you is that the address given by Booking.com is not the address you have to go to, but a pedestrian only area. Like all the other guests, I went to the address and only then read the sign that said no staff are here and check your email. It’s only then I find out that the car park is behind and a nightmare to get to in Friday rush hour. And the non Uk based agent said there were only 5 spaces and after that I had to find my own. There is only limited Free Parking and this should be made clear 2/ No staff doesn’t work 1 When I arrive at the parking bays 2 guests have taken 2 bays each. So with no staff present I have to go and knock on every door until I find an owner. And the next arrival had to do the same. This is not right 3/ No staff doesn’t work 2 On arrival and through the evening there was a group of about 6 men and 1 female drinking and talking loudly on the passageway outside the rooms. But with no staff present there was nothing the other guests could do 4/ Like many other travellers I pull over, find a room, book it and then all I want is to copy and address into Sygic or Google maps and go. But the address formats given in Booking.com don’t work as the format is wrong for the mapping apps. This needs to be changed urgently 5/ Since staying I have had several emails from Limehouse, one asking me for a review. I don’t want this. My contract is with booking.com and I never gave permission to Limehouse to use my details. Remove them ASAP please!!

The apartment itself was very good - once you finally got in there! It was clean and furnished to a good standard

The sofa bed wasn't 100% comfortable. The mattress was but the sofa bed frame wasn't but overall still good. The main bed was super comfortable

The property was beautiful, really well-designed and equipped with everything you might need. Location outside the church and square was fantastic. Wish we could have stayed longer

After booking room on booking.com, you are directed to limehome website were they demand a photo of your id, passport birth certyfikate etc, and you need to make a selfie on limehome website. That is only way to check in, if not you lose your reservation with prepaid money. I spend 15 minutes trying to get to my room (code was not working) i need to call the helpline, Only after 3 code changes i was Able to get to my room. Despite check-out time till 11 am, i was woken up by cleaning staff ( who just Enter to my room ) before 10 am ( i did not check out on they app).

The room was clean, well equiped. The location is great.

- they went with an app that allows you to check-in in advance. No human interaction. We wanted to ask a few things but the only was is to call a number where you talk to someone from a call center. - they advertise free parking (the main reason we chose this place). As it turned out they have 5 parking spots for 8 apartments. They also rent the apartments to expats long term. So, obviously, all spaces were taken by the time we got there. - the sleeping couch was extremely uncomfortable - no airco and very noisy with windows open - no proper blinds - location might fit those who want to stay in a dead center. We were just passing by, it was too noisy and uncomfortable for a road stop

Unfortunately, we didn’t really like our stay here. On a positive side: - the apartment is very spacious: it was a bedroom, living room with a coach, separate kitchen with a dining area, big corridor and a big bathroom

1) Pre-trip check-in procedures are way too complicated 2) There were no signs to and at the location, we had to ask people in a store. 3) 2 codes were needed to enter the room (one for parking, a different one for the room) - this is way too complicated 4) The door on my room was hard to shut, I had to leave it open when I vacated the room 5) Only a phone number for emergencies, no reception, no staff on site 6) spotty Wifi signal 7) no counter space in the bathroom

The accommodation is falsely advertising stuff about free parking being nearby. After the cancellation period passes, they will contact you to say that there is only 5 parking spaces for 8 apartments (in reality over 12 apartments) within the building and otherwise you have to go and park in a paid parking lot thats over 1 kilometer away. We have specifically booked this accommodation as we needed our car to be nearby and safe from the street, well you can imagine our frustration when we arrived to indeed 5 full parking spaces. Please beware if you are intending to book with this "limehome" company, as they are uncooperative and refuse to compensate in any sense. Unfortunately this was last stay of our 2 week roadtrip and left a bitter taste for us. You should know that this is a company that operates hundreds of apartments in german speaking countries remotely, so there will be noone on hand to assist you or direct you elsewhere, you are stuck in this, with information that you cannot trust. This has been escalated to booking.com who as well refuse to do anything and judge the parking information as accurate, as it seems that 1.1km walk in 4C at 9pm is "nearby".

This was a commercial space converted to rooms. Upon entering you are greeted by scuffed, dirty walls. As you proceed the walls become chipped and dirtier. Upon reaching the stairway you are greeted by a chain link fence - like a warehouse. No elevator. The rooms are located on the second floor which needs as much maintenance as the first floor. You can be a bit more respectful of your guests and keep the property in better condition.

The location was fine. The view looked onto the church square which is very nice. The pastry shop next door was terrific. The room was nice and clean.

Pillows and floor in the bathroom were dirty! When I wanted to add one more person to stay they rejected 3 times and wanted me to make a reservation for new room only for 1 person where they could just simply charge 12 euros more and make the room for 3 Which at the end they did! I had to spend more than 2 hours at phone trying to solve this with booking! They were simply tried to not help and didn’t care! The room was very cold when we arrived since they opened all windows. The heating was not working properly so we couldn’t heat the room! Also after 1 person took the shower there were no longer warm water!

parking was a little difficullt to find. No A/C but a strong, bit loud fan. More possibility to plug in phones, laptop, etc. eould be useful.
