Literally the only opportunity we found was the fact that while there is an underground garage at the premises for parking purposes - its use is actually billable. It's not a very high amount, but it is somewhat disappointing. Additionally - the quality of paper on which said garage passes are printed is not exactly well-suited for travelers. it's a regular receipt-type paper which does not handle wet conditions well - and the machine scanning the ticket is exposed and so the paper can easily get wet. The card popping out of the machine if one does not have a pass is a of a better quality. But these are generally nitpicks, and staff is accommodating when it comes to parking as well.

Staff was quite friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable - maintained regularly as well, and the overall comfort was high. Location was also quite convenient, as we traveled by car and the access to the highway was right next to the hotel, and we used Linz as an HQ of sorts during our trip, so that was a big plus for us. Furthermore, it not being exactly in the center meant the traffic density in the evenings also dropped down, making it generally more comfortable for a family.

This was my second stay here and I knew to upgrade to a room at the opposite side of the highway. The traffic at the highway starts after 4.30 in the morning and makes it impossible to keep the window open (my preference). What caught me by surprise were the costs of parking and a daily Kurtax normally associated with holiday resorts at the beach. This is ridiculous and a mere cashing for business travellers.

Everything is really clean and tidy, personnel very nice and helpful, the food in restaurant excellent (that rib eye steak, wow 😋). Breakfast is more than plenty and everyone should find what they want. Parking in the garage is very functional.

Expensive parking taking advantage that the hotel is in a remote area with lot of prohibited parking area. Half of the rooms are facing the noisy bridge traffic. When asked to change room they wanted to charge extra.

The bedroom itself was slightly dated. None the less, it was clean and exactly what we needed. Would have been nice if the aircon worked as the room was quite warm, especially for November.

Last minute booking, good service at the desk - they knew we were coming after booking it 15 minutes in advance. Bathroom was lovely and modern. Good amount of towels and pillows.

Hotel is perfect. Has perfect breakfast with wide variety of choice to eat and drink. Also paid garage is perfect and you have elevator access direct to it.

Shower water had extreme fluctuations from too hot to too cold. The television was low quality and did not have a lot of channels.

The room was overall good, but to our surprise the heating was on (and on max.) regardless it was +29 outside. Our room was on the highway side, so opening windows was possible during the day only. Unfortunately we noticed that just before the departure and most of the time suffered from the bad and dry air. The staff was ok. (yes, Ok, strict minimum)

We asked for the baby cot but hotel ran out of them, what is absolutely fine, but in that case I would appreciate big bed and not two beds together because small space between them is where baby always was falling.

We took superb room and it has a nice river and inner yard view. I liked the wellness and terrace where you could rest after your journey. Rooms are well planned and cozy. Also hotel is pet friendly and there are plenty of people with dogs, I love it.

During breakfast only 1 coffee machine functioned, so the queue was long and impossible to have a coffee. I asked for large, king size bed, but got 2 separate beds.

There were two negative points. First, the parking lot and the high fees they charge for it. Second, the restaurant whose food quality was really bad and very expensive. They charged 6 euros for bringing a soft drink to the room. That is, a 300 cc soft drink costs 10 euros. It is really bad.
