Nice place, right next to the metro - not even a minute's walk. All necessary amenities in the apartment are available. Easy and convenient access according to directions. Fast transportation to the airport. I recommend!

Deposit! Few days before arriving, 250e was reserved on my card. When I booked this accommodation, I didn't pay attention that 250e of deposit is required before arrival. Of course, this money was released after our departure, but transaction took little bit longer (almost 1 month). For me, this deposit was too much money and it was a big ''kick'' to my Vienna budget :D I understand for what reason this deposit is required, but 250e it's really too much.

Apartment was great! Very clean and spacious. For entrance, you get code for the main door and code for the box. Location is excellent, metro station is just across the street. We had a street view and it was not so noisy. Apartment has everything you need for living. Lidl is next door and in the same street there are several bakeries, markets, pharmacies, restaurants... Train station is 15mins walk. For the first time I was completely satisfied with accommodation I booked. I will definitely recommend to everyone.

I would like to highlight the professional communication with the staff and their availability for all advice and doubts. The apartment is excellent, has a large terrace and is very spacious. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is excellent - the metro station is right across the entrance to the building. There are several different options for parking if you come with your own transport.

Every single thing! Check-in: our flight was early in the morning and actual room check-in was at around 15:00, however the host allowed us to leave our luggage and begin our adventure in Vienna without worrying about our luggage. Everything is really easy in terms of accessing the building and getting your key. Rooms: you will get everything you need to feel relaxed. The apartments are spacious, clean and well equipped. You will be able to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime for free as there is active subscription for both. We had a large patio with grass and outdoor table and chairs. Absolutely 💯! Location: in a 25 step radius from the entrance of the building is Lidl, Billa, subway and tram. Having the subway so close after a long day of walking was a huge blessing for the whole family. There is also a very nice Irish pub nearby and Pharmacy. For breakfast you have Ankar just on the side of the entrance! Thank you so much for having us and being an amazing host! 👏

We are 2 families and we stayed in the 3 bedrooms apartment. It is clean, spacious, perfectly equipped and has a big terrace with a nice view. We had there everything we needed for a stay like home. Excellent location for visiting Viena. The subway, line U3, is exactly in front of the building and you can get directly to Stephanplaza in maximum 15 minutes. Also, near the building is tram 71, which goes to the center. In the same building there is a Lidl and also around the location there are a lot of small restaurants with a large variety of cuisines (asian, turkish, irish, gelateria etc). In max 7 minutes walking you can get to the S7 train which goes to the airport. The first access in the apartmment is very smart, based on codes and you don't need to meet anybody. Communication with the host was really easy and she was very nice and helpful through the messages. For sure we will stay in the same place next time in Viena.

Perfect location opposite the Metro station line U3 7 stops from the center/stephanplatz/ Lidl store in the building, easy check-in and check-out.Paid Parking at 200 meters and many places to eat something if you come home later. you are great see you again.

I couldn't find anything I didn't like. The location was ideal for me. It was quiet, but within short walks of pubs and all manner of restaurants. I've been on the road in Europe for a month, and this is by far the best place I've stayed.

Perfectly suited - spacious, with immediate access to loads of public transit options, but in a quiet neighborhood. Short tram ride to the city center. Loved the balcony, soaked up a bit of Viennese sun, and relaxed. Having a stove, oven, and microwave were perfect!

The railway in front of the house makes some noise but when the windows are closed, the problem will be solved.

The apartment had it's windows to the street and the noise could get a bit much at times.

The location was great, across the street was a subway station and tram station. Just under the apartment was a Lidl shop and across the street was a Billa shop, making it easy to buy groceries. Checking and checkout were easy and convenient.

Quality of cleaning before arival of new guests should be way better. Floor was not properly cleaned with long hair everywhere, there was dust on the furniture surfaces, and some plates were dirty - noone has checked them after the dishwasher.

Great location right next to the tram stop, merto and bunch of supermarkets. We had 2 bedroom apartment with a big terrace. It was very comfortable for 3 people.

Location and accommodation-the apartment and building. First the location: it’s a 10 plus for me, the metro station for U3 line it’s across the building, in 15 minutes you are in Stephansplatz. The tram station in front of building, line 71 going to Opera in 15-20 minutes. Extremely easy to navigate the city. Another huge plus: there is a Lidl at literally 5 meters from building door, and across the street at maybe 20 meters is a Billa , so you can buy food, water, cosmetics, all so very close, extremely convenient. Part two the apartment. I loved how big it was, quiet, very pretty and extremely comfortable. The couch in the living room was comfy, and the bed- well the bed was the best bed I slept in. I really really want to buy the same bed for my apartment. It’s amazingly comfortable, the pillows too, the pilote also. There are external blinds and no light enter in the room and was no noise so I had a wonderful sleep. I stayed in the bungalow style 2 bedroom apartment. I liked the little garden and drinking my coffee outside in the sun. Lovely. I recommend this place warmly. I had a great time and I will go there again, can’t wait.
