You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We have long stay for skiing in the apartment and were absolutely satisfied. Location very close to the train station which can simply bring you to all ski resorts. It takes only 3 min walking. Good drying room for the ski set.

Fully equipped kitchen, we found everything we needed there( condiments, dishwasher, detergent, etc.)with good breakfast. The host, a very nice lady. It is 1 minute to train station and bus station. You can also find a nice restaurant nearby. Everything you need for a great holiday.Highly recommend it!

United Stateslovely family who owns and runs this guesthouse. Breakfast was solid and the rooms were exceptionally clean. Ours had a little kitchen and private bathroom, though I noticed that some rooms had shared baths. Balcony, woke up to a mountain view. very quiet. About a 15 min drive to Alpbach slopes... though most people who stay here ski Zillertal, I gathered.
