From the description it is not clear that the room is actually a studio. The bed, bath, shower and sink are located in the same room, only a toilet had it's own door. The photos are correct, but the actual room situation as a whole, is a bit disappointing. Could use a couple more chairs. The shower air vent is not enough, you need to open the windows occasionally to vent the room. The room is on a ground floor, and you'll be experiencing people smoking, while passing your windows. Which puts you in a dilemma: you either "enjoy" smoking from the street or the stuffy room air after a couple of days. I wish the shower area was enclosed with some wall, maybe a glass wall? So the wet air will not leave the area and the room will not get stuffy. The staff will ask you to send the ID over email. Not feeling very comfortable or secure about it. Moreover it is literally illegal in the Netherlands to do so. Please find an alternative way to collect the guest ID.

The location was good, the personnel were responsive and kind, the kitchen was very handy, and the bath was a very pleasant addition.

apartments have mutual kitchen in hallway , no diner table , no place in the room for having meal . apartmants are on the ground level , windows are jus 0.5 m from ground outside !!

Next to the bed there was an old forniture not so well cleaned and with some unknown drops. Better to take it out because it is not essential

Everything were super which starts with early check in and upgrade the room huge like a studio Everything in it. Host is very polite and helpful all the time. It was on the zero floor, at the street level. You can literally step out of the window to the pavement. I was worried that it would bring noises inside but it didn’t. Everyone slept like a baby.

Beautifully decorated rooms in a good location. Good value for money. Complementary coffee and tea were nice. Shared kitchen was great and beds were excellent. We didn’t use the carage, on the weekends you can park on the streets for free.

The garage fee should be included in the total fee. That is not very comfortable to find the cash when usually all pay by card. For me, it was the issue of finding the cash early morning. There was a draft coming from under the door and my feet were cold. It is very dark even during the day - there are bars on the windows and they open onto the courtyard under the canopy.

Parking was very comfortable, fine location, easy communication and check-in. Clean room.

The room was big, very clean, near to Prater. The host was extremely kind and helped us with Parking! The fee for parking has a fair price. They have a small shared kitchen with everything you need!
