excellent breakfast ! rooms on the front of the hotel are soundproof, unless you want to sleep with your windows open. because there s a bar across the street. our room had infrared cabin.

The only negative point, in my opinion, is the lack of a hot tub and air conditioning in the room. I was there in February and it could get quite warm inside, but we couldn't keep the window opened because of the noise on the street.

The most friendly and helpful team, in a well located hotel, in the heart of the pedestrian area and close to the rental shops, where you can store your gear. The staff cares for every small detail to make the guest feel special. The spa is beautifully decorated, has always tea, fresh apples, dry fruits and peanuts available.

the price charging at the hotel restaurant was quite expensive , would have eating there a lot more times if the price was more reasonable

Everything is perfect from the staff to the place itself and down to the smallest detail in perfection. The food is also perfect from an amazing breakfast in front of the whole view, to the chef restaurant in the evening

Although it is a decorative issue, a door to the shower would be nice and more practic, in my opinion.

We absolutely loved everything! The staff was above and beyond. They helped in any possible way that they could and always with a smile, patience, and professionalism. The breakfast was excellent, and the 24/7 coffee facilities, along with the unique afternoon buffet, was remarkable. Location and house restaurant "Hazienda" are also superb.

The rooms we stayed in over several stays unfortunately do not have any direct light and there are only windows at one end of a long room. The changing area and bathroom are effectively windowless and dark. Only the top floor restaurant has any real view or light which makes it a great place to eat and relax after a day of skiing. This is the price for being central. The furniture especially the couch could use an upgrade. It was too uncomfortable to sit on at all. The chairs are also not very comfortable so that all of us found the only place to relax in the room was on the beds.

The staff without exception is friendly, attentive, efficient and hard-working. The service is as good if not better than some five-star hotels we’ve stayed at. This and the location are the main reasons we keep coming back. The hotel does not skimp on the small things like including complementary afternoon food and drinks.

Everything in this hotel is excellent! The location, room and hotel interior design, breakfast, the view and especially the staff are just exceptional! I will stay again in this hotel when I come back. Highly recommended.
