Too far from the city centre. The area is not too nice. The metro station is a bit too far and metro goes not in the wished direction))) However, it was OK and can be recommended.

The location could be better, the combination to the city center takes around 30 minutes. Be aware that in booking.com it says it has "Luggage storage" but it hasn't!! However, we mentioned it to the owner and he helped us to find the best solution for our luggage, he recommended us some luggage storage services in the main train station to the airport. The quality / price ratio could be better.

The room was very very spacious, with a huge bed and a big wardrobe. I don't think the room was soundproof, but it doesn’t matter, we didn’t hear a single noise any night, and we could sleep very well. The bed was especially comfortable. The bathroom was also big and convenient. We had free coffee in the mornings.

The toilet could have a more powerful fan being that it doesn't have windows.

The high roof, the big windows, the big room. The staff also offered more towels and toilet paper. The quality-price ratio: using public transportation you can get easily aroud saving compared to an accomodation near the attractions of Wien.

The room is really small. I expected it so it is not minus - but please be aware. Neighbors can be loud.

The staff organized my arrival in a very precise and clear manner. It took me 3 minutes to enter the room with the instructions they provided. The neighborhood is just great - with a supermarket in front of Pension and a lot of cafes around: quite shick Alser Cafe - and Donnermaster if You want just food. I have no trouble in reaching the city by tram 2 and bus 13A. The room has every facility You need - and also a fridge, and a small kettle and some ware to eat something quickly inside. It is ideal if You have things to do in the city and are back really late.

Be aware that it is only accessible by stairs. Getting the keys may be tricky outside of reception opening hours.

The location of the hotel is very convenient with quick connections by public transport to the station and city centre. A lot of nice shops are around and it has a very reasonable price. Clean and convenient.

We liked everything

- it was clean; - the bed was very comfortable! - we liked that there were many supermarkets nearby, coffeehouses, etc; - close to the city center, it was a pleasure to walk 10-15 minutes, as the area is beautiful; - the host is very friendly; - we had a late check in but it wasn’t a problem since they gave us clear instructions; - they were cleaning the place everyday and changed our towels, a big plus here! I recommend this place to anyone!

It was cleaned very well in the places that count... The beds, sinks, showers, toilets etc were all very clean and well maintained, it could be improved with a refurbishment but for the time we spent in the room it really didn't matter, and the comfy bed was perfect. If you're fussy and going to look around for dust in the corners of the room and on light shades etc then this might not be the place for you. The shower height was perfect for me, my partner is 6ft and it was a bit small for him. The pillows and mattress were brilliant but maybe investing in new duvets would make it even better.

I had an amazing night's sleep in this bed. 10/10 Very comfortable. Nice warm shower with good pressure. Friendly staff and cleaners. It's nice to have windows that open when needed for fresh air. Good wardrobe space with hangers and an extra blanket in case you get cold, but the heating was good enough in the rooms. Herbal and fruit tea with mugs and kettle was a nice touch and there is also a TV and a fridge. It was a nice, quiet room, we were away from the road and you could only hear the trams if you were sat in silence and really tried to listen for them. Overall the WiFi was very strong, it did cut off briefly once but it was at midnight anyway when I should have been sleeping! The curtains smelled fresh like they had recently been cleaned and the towels and bedding were the same. The tram stop is literally outside of the door and only a few stops down to the main area, or you can walk it in about 20-30 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

There is nothing that I didn't like. But I have recommendations: 1. Would be nice to have a knife in the room (you can't cut or open some products with a tea spoon) 2. I appreciate that after 2 nights they took rubbish from my room but it's better to inform that someone will come to my room

A clean, comfortable room is perfect for a few days. I stayed there for 4 nights and I really enjoyed. The place is closed to supermarkets. Nice that I have a fridge, great heating and strong shower 🚿.

The only thing that really need being looked at is their internet. Not that it does not work, it does, only the connection was not stable all the time. We moved the computer closer to the modem and it worked better.

The place is not among the most modern but the amenities are all there and the feeling one has is really welcoming and calming at the same time. We liked the place tremendously.

I spent four days at this pension and had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and spotless, and the staff was friendly. The highlight for me was the delicious coffee. However, adjusting to the 24-hour tram noises outside took some time.

There was mould on the underside of one of the mattresses due to its age, and after staying in the room for four nights my partner and I were sick. Hopefully the mould wasn’t contributing to it.

The room was large and comfortable. The location great - multiple trams on the street for easy access into the city centre, and you can also walk there too.
