Smoking inside is a real downside for us, but we understand it is allowed in Austria. It is the only negative about the hotel. However, the staff were very helpful and moved us to a room on the corner with more windows (to reduce smoke exposure from other rooms) when we expressed a concern about it, so I can’t fault them as they went over and above to make us more comfortable during our stay!

Beautiful design hotel, great location, spa is amazing, fantastic food at breakfast and dinner. Staff were amazing. The restaurant manager in particular was exceptional! She was very friendly and professional with all guests, including lots of little children who seemed to flock to her, but she took it in her stride. She is a real star of the hotel!

It was a bit disturbing that the music coming from the kitchen was very loud and interfered with the lounge music of the dining room. Sometimes it was difficult to get the staff’s attention in order to order coffee.

I really did not like the level of noise and high music in the lounge after dinner at the point of deciding of not having a drink. Sometimes we could even hear the music in the bedroom at night. It is a pity. There is a disco just next to the hotel so no need of having such high music inside the hotel

I stayed at Hotel Madlein for a few days for skiing. The hotel is strategically located a few minutes away from the cables. Very nice services, very helpful staff, beautiful spa area and great food. Highly recommend

Some of the restaurant staff were quite moody! The most helpful and friendly were the reception staff, the Spanish barman and Melanie who seemed to work everywhere!

The room was fully equipped with an amazing balcony. The beds were extremely comfortable and bed sheets were out of this world. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Furthermore, it was very quite and after a long day of skiing and having dinner we were able to fully rest and get the energy we needed for the next day! The spa was very relaxing and had a very cool sauna and whirlpool outside. It was perfect, it felt like all the guests were very happy to be there and they were all on the same level and all supepr friendly. The breakfast exceeded my expectations! It had a vast array of fruits, yoghurts, pancakes, etc. It was absolutely delicious and it was the perfect way to start the day!

If I had to say something we didn’t like it would be that the breakfast room was sometimes very busy and service was slow for coffees etc. as mentioned in other reviews.

This hotel is amazing, we really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, close to the gondola and with ski storage room. The spa is very relaxing after a long day on the slopes, especially the outdoor heated jacuzzi. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests and allowed us to access the spa after skiing on day of checkout. Plenty of options of breakfast and food was very nice. Would love to return again sometime.

Night club continued until 03:00 midnight if you are in 2nd floor you can hear it. They dont sell any Tequila so no shots or Margarita 😭 Skii room has a service area which you pay. I gave my snowboard for Full service wax and edges sharpen. They did a good job on Wax but sharping the edges was really bad. I do not recommend you give your equipment plus the price was high for this service.

. The hotel staff are always friendly and helpful. The outside hot tub experience with sauna fusion was great. You can eat, swim, get your skii pass and give your snowboard for repair. Plus there is night club & strip club 💪

For the service they provide it’s too expensive, not all the time clean enough, spa is very average, breakfast also can be more reach and the service can be better
