How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Absolutely nothing. Service is perfection.
Where to start, it's one of the best experiences I've had in terms of service. The communication before arrival was perfect, we arrived early morning and could leave our luggage in the lobby and it was delivered to our room once ready. We were also allowed to have breakfast (excellent, fresh eggs, healthy choices). The skiraum is great, even offering glasses of water (never seen before). Apparently there is also free coffee and snacks, but we didn't try those as we were busy apres skiing. The staff really makes the difference in this hotel, making skiing an truly trouble-free experience. The rooms are nice, modern and clean. We have already booked next year again.

Don’t think there was anything.
Breakfast options were good and food was great. Location of the hotel is really good. Rooms were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Ensuite bathroom, but (private) toilet down the hall. High premium room rate in season.
Comfortable room with all amenities. Free parking in garage. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A creepy male guest from the hotel telling our daughter to take her swimming costume off in the sauna, and another one standing for several minutes staring at our daughter in the shower in the spa, which she found very unnerving. The whole "naked sauna" thing should be optional rather than expected and it should be made absolutely clear to male guests what is and is not acceptable behaviour.
Incredibly helpful staff, quick and easy check-in at the main hotel next door, followed by a tour of the rooms we had booked and the facilities by one of the reception team. Very comfy rooms, lovely bedlinen, and absolutely spotlessly clean throughout. Breakfast was excellent, couldn't have been better, and just what was needed for a family ski holiday.

very little.
great location, nice young feel but all good quality. room perfectly good. Just overlooked by neighbouring M3 balconies - small issue really. Good breakfast, excellent provision of Kaffe/Tee/Kuchen apres-ski. plus lots more eg charcuterie breads etc. all gratis! good spa also. Nice bar.

Great location for the main gondolas and lots of top notch restaurants and bars near by. Rooms were great and staff were brilliant.

It's not really the hotel's fault, BUT my room was located on the Main Street side and I was constantly disturbed by raucous singing from nearby pubs at 3am, street cleaning and trade vehicles. So if you're a light sleeper, I'd ask for a room at the rear of the property or bring ear-plugs. It is a very central location so bear this in mind.
The hotel is very clean, modern and the staff are excellent. Really helpful and accommodating. Great breakfast and the Hazienda restaurant provided the highlight meal of my trip.

The room sauna is only for one at a time :( There is no swimming pool. The breakfast is ok but with little choices, you have to ask for an omelette.
The hotel is located in the heart of st.anton in the pedestrian street so this is a big advantage to see the town and get to the lifts. They also gave us free ski storage in the hotel and in a ski shop next to the lifts !!

The room for a single person has private toilets , but it requires exiting the room with the key. As a result the electricity of the room is down each time you leave for the toilets I think that the staff should have supplied two key cards to help with this situation and to give up on this electricity saving feature , for preventing a person from searching for the card electricity spot location at the middle of the night in the dark room only because he had to go to the toilets.
Great breakfasts. Great staff. Very good location.
