We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumOnly one tiny issue was the service person who was going to clean the room walked in (at the same time as knocking so couldn't stop it) when the do not disturb sign was on and it was still well before the check out time, if we had not been dressed or something that could have been really awkward.
Our experience at this hotel was brilliant! The staff were helpful and the common areas were stylish. The room (close to heaven) was really lovely, with a comfy bed, a big walk in wardrobe and a huge balcony with a hot pot. The hot pot was wonderful and perfectly heated. We ate dinner and lunch in the hotel and both were fabulous (lots of vegan and veggie choices) and the breakfast was great too, with loads of choice including an excellent omelet station.

Germanywe did not think it was a problem, but it’s worth pointing out that the hotel is very young and cool, so in the reception/bar&restaurant you will find people enjoying dinner or drinks until late. the rooms are still very quiet, but then you should reconsider if you are looking for something more quiet!
Mama Thresl is a modern hotel with a cool mountain flair. everything is very beautiful and well thought. the rooms are all in wood and smell wonderfully and the common facilities are very nicely curated. in particular the wellness area is very very stunning (and only costs 10€ for your whole stay)! the breakfast is yummy and huge! the staff is kind and always available, they offer a million of suggestions on this to do and experiences -mostly for free! we took great advantage of the card that they provide with your stay (discounts as well as free use of the cable cars twice per day or free entrance to the lake club) and we loved the distillery tour as well as the Pilates classes held in the stunning location of the sister-structure Priesteregg! We had a wonderful stay!

AustriaHotel room ground floor faced parking lot and main street. trucks/ very loud. our balcony swing was missing, we could not get a room with a bath tub that I asked for with my booking. Food was not really to my liking. vegan options for food positive, but too greasy. seating at dinner was without options, again, windy and next to parking lot. not a nice atmosphere, sorry.
Breakfast staff very friendly! Lobby super alp kitsch modern design, cool lighting and music and waiting staff and cleaning staff very friendly. Room design was cute. Roof terrace very nice. I like the late check out facilities on floor -1. that is great service. vegan options for food! good!!! breakfast was super.
