Rooms were cold. Also the lights in the room are too weak. We came down for the breakfast at 7:00 and there were was poor choice left."

Very tin walls..we could hear what all our neighboors were speaking...i guess you need to have some luck of quieter neighboors. Breakfast a little pricey

Nice room size, modern, clean, in a quiet village. On the week of our arrival they ve waited with hot wine and kids hot wine. The kitchen with water heater for tea and coffe, was really convenient. When we asked for an electric heater it was provided imediatly. Free parking on site.

The original studio room that we got was on the upper floor was without air-condition only with portable AC's which were noise, it's not suitable for hot days... but for the 2nd night we were offered to move to a fantastic apartment with AC

this is a great "pivot" location to go to Vienna as well Airport Breakfast was very nice as well as the ladies in the kitchen and hotel owners

On the self-check in we received wrong room number and the key, but after phone call the hotel personal bring the correct key, but it takes some time.

Good location - only 15 km from the main road, very good breakfast and friendly personal. Big room. Parking and quiet place, not far the fuel station Diskont and supermarkets.

Just one problem, which the owner will attend . there was this sewer smell in the WC.

The owner, Maria, extremely friendly. Nice, modern and clean hotel. Superb breakfast, The perfect place to stay at a reasonable price with Vienna easily reached by train.

- small problems with the check in. door was closed from inside and nobody in. we had to wait 10 minutes outside for somebody to come with a key and open the hotel. - I couldn't find any programs on the TV. I don't know if it is my fault (I am not good with operating the remote controls) or the TV...

Rooms are not the newest. A little bit of update would be great.

Location of the hotel is very good, you can get to Vienna in just 20-30 minutes. The breakfast was great, ladies who work there are very welcoming and very kind. Rooms are really good heated. Parking is close to the building.

Very good breakfast, clean rooms. Late check-in possible (we arrived at 23:00 and received our key from the delivery machine inside the hotel). Free on-site parking. The furniture in our room was older (we where given the 2-room suite although we where only one couple) but the room was clean. Great communication through email and the booking platform. All-in-all great for travelers, clean, good value for money.

We nearly couldn't get into the hotel - our fault for not having kept a copy of the late-hours entry instruction. Closing the shutters on the first night's room was not obvious - it was at ground floor, so we needed to close the shutters for privacy. The second room - at the end of our trip - was upstairs, which was difficult for my wife. Not certain, but it appeared the upstairs room had only a fan, no A/C.

Hotel was about a close to the Wien airport as practicable. That - and price - was my primary reason for choosing this property. One needs to keep in mind that ground travel in Europe is slow - going through several little towns and lots of traffic circles. The facility has implemented a very up-to-date access (for off-hours arrival). The host had provided us information about getting in easily - but I had misplaced my copy of the instructions. At the start of our trip we stayed in an adjacent building, which was very nice and private. At the end of our trip that room was not available. Very nice breakfast - offered me (on request) locally-produced grape juice. Amicable staff, and clearly trying to be a high-class property at a reasonable price.
