Everything was fine.

The location is great for all the museums and monuments in the area of the Museum Quarter, and walking to the Cathedral area is not far either. In addition, in the other direction, there are many interesting restaurants, cafes and shops, as opposed to the chain stores and standard eateries. The breakfast is full and good, with plenty of variety. The room was very spacious, and the reading and other lights arrangement was excellent. The street is also very quiet, although of course there can be noisy guests. The provision of 2 supports for suitcases is very good and why so many hotels just give you one is a mystery.

One of the lifts was out of action during our stay so there were some minor delays going up to our room. We tended to walk down rather than wait as the lifts got rather crowded. Not a major issue unless you maybe were on the upper floors.

Clean and comfortable accommodation close to the museum district with easy transport links to other parts of the city or walking if you prefer. A wide range of fresh food for breakfast covering most appetites. The staff were helpful and we were able to leave our bags at the hotel after check out whilst we continued to explore the city prior to our evening flight home.

Good breakfasts, quiet room, excellent location and very helpful staff,. One member of the staff gave almost a hour of her time to help me print off my airline tickets, when there was a problem with the computer. It also close to a number of good restaurants

I loved my stay here while in Vienna! Exceptional breakfast that they have in the mornings. The beds were quite comfortable as well. Its a bit of a walk to a lot of the main attractions but totally doable.

The towels could have been bigger, and we didn't like the heating system which appeared to be regulated from a central point. We turned the radiator off but it got hot in the evening and all during the night, making the room far too hot for comfortable sleep.

We loved the location, the size of yhe rooms and the breakfasts.

Lack of basic things such as large towels, robes, slippers. I ordered a transfer from the airport and back, twice they were late.

We booked a quiet room. The front desk thought because the room was located at a higher floor things would be quieter. We had to ask to be moved because the noise was too much. The front desk personnel were understanding and moved us to a quiet room.

The personnel at the front desk were very helpful with directions on where places were and transportation to get to those ares of interest. They stored our luggage till our room was ready. The location was very good!

Honestly nothing. All my expectations and requirements were met.

The hotel was fantastic. The room was really spaceous and the location was great. Walking distance to a lot of museums and main shop roads but also 5 minutes walking distance from Volkstheater Metro station. The staff was really polite, the rooms were clean and smelled good and I had a great time in that hotel. I would certainly stay there again when I come back in Vienna.

We stayed for five days and left very pleased. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very quiet, cleaned and refreshed every day, well furnished, efficient closet space, bed/pillows were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great. Our room was on top floor and had a great view of the museum quarter. Overall it has a great price/performance ratio.
