The location is perfect! Close to all the attractions of Salzburg, and excellent public transportation in the area. The apartment is cozy and equipped with everything you need - tea, coffee, soaps, etc. Excellent customer service, available and courteous. We were on a mother-daughter trip and really enjoyed it. Thank you very much!!!

Very cozy and comfortable, yet with a contemporary design. Lots of good lighting (including special light for reading in bed), excellent blackout curtains, comfy little sofa, very comfy bed and two pillows per person. This was the most comfortable room of our 20 day trip to Europe. The exterior of the building and corridor of the building is modest, but we loved being in the peach colored building (located behind the other Master Linzergasse apartment building on the Linzergasse Street). The peach colored building is very quiet and we slept so well that we extended our stay another night (stayed a total of 3 nights). The location of the building is outstanding...just one block away from a main pedestrian shopping/eatery street. The apartment is across the river from the castle, very walkable (12 minute walk to the castle). Did not feel too touristy, whereas the castle side of the river would have. Highly recommend!!! Also, please do yourself a favor and have the streudels, the mozartkegeln, and Kardinel cream cake at nearby Cafe Habakuk...we found them the best we've ever had. There is a kebab restaurant (chain,?) in front of the hotel and the felafel wrap and chicken wrap with extra sauce were surprisingly good. One last thing, the management company)host at this contactless apartment was highly responsive and allowed us to store our luggage until we departed Salzburg later in the day. Thank you!

I couldn’t praise this accommodation more! The room was spotless, the bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Main toiletries provided and they smelt amazing. A bottle of water and some wafers on arrival was such a nice touch. Has all the facilities needed. Location was great, a short walk right into the centre and also close to the train station. The hosts were brilliant, responded so quickly to all my queries. We arrived a lot sooner than check in but were guided to a room to hold our luggage. It’s a common room which was also great if you wanted to chill out whilst waiting for the room to be ready.

It was a bit far from the train station, but all else was great.

The room is very comfortable, clean and aesthetically pleasing. The hotel is located right at the start of the pedestrian zone downtown. There is a very convenient bus 150 stop right in front of it. The small compliments were a nice touch. Check-in was easy.

Too much smoking in the balconies by other guests. Wish the property had a designated smoking area, then I would have enjoyed sitting outside more. Pillows can be better (I think I used the firm ones kept for the couch). A suggestion if some housekeeping (eg changing hand towel or clearing bin) could be done at least if a guest stayed over 2 nights.

The interesting style of communication about entry instructions, and other prompt guidance or reply via WhatsApp. The location is just by the best street which has groceries, bakeries, restaurants etc. The studio apartment was neatly designed and well equipped with the necessities.

Tiny tiny point that the sofa (as a sofa bed) wasn't that comfy to sit on but a really minor point everything else was just perfect!

The apartments were of an excellent standard. Amazing shower and super comfortable bed. Contact with managers when needed was so quick and easy. Location was excellent - close to the City centre and easy to catch buses and trains when needed with a lovely immediate area.

Nothing that we didn’t like but few things would have added more convenience like could have done with more hangers in the wardrobe. Also hooks to hang damp towels on would be useful. We only found the hot plate on our last day as it was on top of the kitchen units .

Centrally located well equipped apartment that was spotlessly clean. There is a Spar supermarket across the road which is handy and the apartment is walking distance from bars/ restaurants. The handwash, body was , shampoo etc were really nice quality , ample towels. There was washing up liquid , dishcloth etc The tv could get bbc news on. There was a common room to store luggage on the last day . There was a bottle of water when we arrived but you can drink the tap water in Salzburg.
