Our room seemed to have a slightly broken shower handle that didn't stay up and always pointed down and at the wall. It also had tape around it that was leaking a little water so I think that made the water pressure a little weak. The only way to shower was to hold the shower wand the whole time, not a big deal for a short stay. So hopefully they get that one fixed, but otherwise a wonderful place and we would definitely come back.

We really loved this apartment! Great location, easy walk from the train station and around town. We were slightly worried about the self check in, but communication was great. They provided very clear instructions and early enough so that we could see it while we still had wifi at the previous hotel. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed, and even heated floors in the bathroom! We have been traveling for months and it was nice to have a cozy place that felt like a little home.

We were able to store our bags downstairs, which was great, but it would be nice to have a secure luggage storage spot e.g. locked away by staff, as we were afraid anyone could get in.

This was the perfect place to stay for us in Salzburg. It was great value for money and was massive for what we needed so very comfortable. It was well stocked up with tea bags and little biscuits, which was a lovely touch. In terms of location, it wasn't right in the old town but it was very close to transport as well as the Sound of Music Tour, so that was a big plus. If you're looking to be right next to restaurants and bars, I'd check out the other property from the same host in the Old Town, but this place was only 5-10 mins walk so really not far. We never met any staff but communicated via WhatsApp and they were super helpful. We were also able to wash our clothes which, after a few days skiing, was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

The studio is conveniently located in the city center. It is modern furnished and spotless clean. The beds are comfortable. We had a lovely two-day stay in Salzburg.

Not a major problem but a few more hooks to hang towels up would have been good

The location was great, we were allowed to check in early which made our first day easier as we arrived in the morning after a flight change. The shower was amazing!

The cleaning could have been a bit more thorough as there was a few areas where dust had evidentially collected over time, no biggie and certainly not “filthy” but at the price point I expected a little bit more I suppose.

The location of the hotel is a perfect mix of close to Salzburg Hbf and the center of Salzburg old town! Check in is also super smooth!

The building air conditioning wasn't working, so the room was very warm!

Room was very well appointed and nicely fit out. Location only 5 mins walk from the Mirabell Gardens - easy to get to everywhere in the city! Would definitely stay here again!

2 main gripes - 1. Air conditioning wasn’t working so it was very warm. However, I didn’t escalate it to the property management since it was already late in the night when we discovered the issue. 2. Parking coupon did not work (the machine at the recommended carpark Mirabel Congress Garage said that the ticket is not recognised or something so we ended paying a lot a lot more for parking.

Place was very nice. Comfortable pillow and bed. Maybe a little on the small side for 4 pax but that was on me since I didn’t book the bigger one.

Glass door bathroom.

Exactly what was needed for my 3 nights trip to Salzburg. Close to the train station, close to Mirabell Garden. Bus stop is down stairs with a lot of buses going to the citycentre. You can also walk and cross the bridges 15 min. You can pay 29Euro and have buffet breakfast with a view, at the hotel just across the street. Big bed and sofa. Cheapest garage is on Schwarzstraße 20Euro.

It is a beautiful place to stay in Salzburg. It is very close to the bus and train station so it allows you to move in the city and the surroundings very easy, other good thing is that the bus that comes from the airport, pass very close to the hotel so you don’t need to walk a lot with your heavy luggage. The place is very cozy, they gave us some welcome snacks, which was great and the staff is very kind.

This aparthotel has a very location, a 10 minute walking from the Salzburg Train Station and the Old Town. Staying in an apartment was essential since the restaurants close very early if you arrive to the city at night. The Check-in and Check-out was easy, the staff give you great instructions. If requested (and depending availability), you can do an early check-in. The Room was bigger then expected and with everything you need for a few nights on Salzburg. We really enjoy our Stay :)

i love that the master team allowed us to store our luggage in our room earlier than the check-in schedule. they’re so considerate. they even gave us free coffee, tea, water and wafer. we really enjoyed our stay.
