A bit away from the city center, but with a bus stop literally at the door of the hotel, this is more an observation than a criticism. The breakfast room is small, which I believe is the justification for the need to have two breakfast schedules. Again, not a criticism, just an advice for future guests to manage their expectations.

Comfortable and quiet rooms, friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast, a nice touch having available umbrellas for the guests, as it was pouring in one of the days. Also great to have some lockers outside, where you can store your luggage after the check out, if you still have some hours left before catching your train or flight back home.

Bed for children was uncomfortable for 2 small tweens. Expensive breakfast at 18 euros each including for 11 and 12 year olds.

Comfortable bed for adults. Air conditioning. Nice grounds for property. Small refrigerator and paper place settings for each guest in unit.

I would have liked a second chair. We did not want the full buffet breakfast but were offered a very satisfactory take away of excellent coffee and a sandwich or croissant,,,Unfortunately, we could not eat it on the terrace which was just for the buffet breakfast people so we had to have it in our room. Not the most comfortable situation since there was only 1 chair.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had a terrace opening into a garden, even though it is next to a busy street and close to the airport it was very quiet. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is not in the city center but bus is available right in front of the hotel and it is also very nice to walk to the city center

I would have given a 10 but 1 point was deducted because the hotel staff provided incorrect information on the Salzburg card, which I purchased at the reception. I asked if I had to pay extra for the buses that took me to the musuems that were located outside the city centre. On both occasions (different staff) they said yes, that I needed to travel to the main train station to get on those buses. I found out on the last day of the trip that the Salzburg card actually included those bus journeys and one of those buses to the museum far from the city centre was just outside the hotel. So I wasted >€20 on bus tickets just because I was given the wrong information. I do not expect hotel staff to have all the info that is asked but if they dont know, they should say that instead of guessing and providing the wrong information!!

Although the hotel was not right in the city centre, the bus outside the hotel takes you directly there and is only a 10-15min journey so it's very convenient. The room was clean and a good size and I loved that it had a kettle, which was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel as I like drinking tea daily, which isnt always available in restaurants etc.

The balcony could have been cleaned better. There were spider webs on the outside seats and table.

While the hotel had some positive aspects, such as its convenient location, great staff, I was disappointed by a few key factors. Firstly, the WiFi provided was unreliable and often slow, which was frustrating as I needed a reliable internet connection for both work and personal use. Additionally, considering the overall experience, I found the hotel to be overpriced. Although the location was convenient, I expected better amenities and services for the price I paid.

Well furnished, clean, and spacious room with comfortable beds, great customer service. Bus service stop is right outside the hotel and a grocery store is 5 min walk away. I would definitely stay here again. They made the sofabed for you and it felt like a real bed-kids loved it.

The location was out of the city but there is a bus stop outside the hotel which takes you right into the central city area

Very modern, clean hotel which looked like a very large metal container when we arrived. However, once inside it was very well laid out and as a bonus, we got an upgraded room which was enormous. The breakfast was very good.
