My best stay of my whole trip , zillertal is a good choice to stay in and Max studios is the best in Zillertal , a very beautiful apartment with stunning views .. Dominik were very communicative and fast reply if you need any advice, absolutely will come back one day❤️❤️

It would be good to have a lockable room for Skis and Ski boots as they felt a little expose.

A great hotel, modern, clean and very functional. Location was good, you'll need a car to get around the area or you can catch the train as the train station is very conveniently at your doorstep. Facilities are quite new and good communication from the hosts. Everything you need to know about your apartment / hotel is in an information pack which you receive prior to arriving. I would recommend staying here

The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a transparent wall. It looks beautiful, but considering a child sleeping in the bedroom, it's quite noisy. If you're staying as a couple, it's not an issue. The check-in time is very late (16:00) and the check-out time is very early (10:00). We were aware of this in advance, but it somehow feels unfair.

Great view from the window. Wide balcony. The room itself is spacious and modern. The kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of dishes, pans, and pots. All furniture is new and tastefully chosen, with a comfortable bed. They provided a crib and a high chair for feeding for the child for free. Free parking right next to the building, and the train station is just 1 minute away from the hotel, which is very, very convenient. There is also a separate room for skis and snowboards.

In the room was a modern climate system but unfortnately it made noise all the time and it was not possible to turn it off. When I contacted the owner, I got the answer that the noise should stop after turning off the main electric button. But it did not stop. When I wrote the owner again, they did not view my message and further did not respond to me. The noise was very disturbing especially during the night. I am sensitive regarding the noise and I would not visit this accommodation again.

Very good location with stunning views, apartment had everything we needed. Shower was amazing, bed was super comfy, we were Right next to the train station which we were a little skeptic about but we didn’t hear a single train during our stay and sleep very well! We will definitely be back.

There isn't anything I didn't like.

Communication to enter the property was really good. There is ample parking if driving, but the train station is about 150m away. Although the train runs past the building it is very quiet and I didn't notice it at all. The room is well laid out to include a kitchen. It is very clean and comfortable.

It is a very nice spacious apartment in modern style, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, good and stable wi-fi, nice view from the window/balcony. Easy and fast self check-in provides flexibility in arrival time, large parking available. I also like the online app with the information service. We appreciated the coffee machine for good Swiss coffee (available at nearby Spar as per online instructions). We were here a year ago and would love to come again next time.

Toilet door can’t be locked. Except your kid to be there anytime. If you want to a better view find another place up the mountain

- pets policy - two issues with that. First is's very badly communicated, hard to find information and even if you find it it's not clear. And secondly its inconsistent. On booking is says pets allowed and no more additional info on booking. You get a lot of pre-checkin info from the host, but again nothing about pets. Even on their own website, it's hard to find anything about pets policy. I've assumed that if nothing is mentioned in many places it should mean dogs are already included in the cleaning fee and there is no other limitations. In the facility also no info about pets (and there is even info about the nearest shop with coffee caps!). Only a small QR code in materials in the room (that most people doesn't even read) leads you to the information that actually dogs are allowed only in 1 room out of over 20 rooms. And that there is an additional fee for pets (depending on the size of the dog/pet and length of stay - but rather expensive compared to other, similar places we visit). On the other hand, even though pets are allowed only in 1 room during my stay there were at least 3 dogs in the facility... So info is hard to find, hard to follow, and in the end inconsistent. - lack of caps for coffee, dishwasher, toilet paper, etc - there were only 2 dishwasher caps provided, 1 roll of toilet paper, and one set of garbage bags. It's not enough for longer stays. And there is no room service (so they don't put those automatically) and no one to ask for it in the morning or afternoons (only once I saw someone from the crew, they probably operate during the day while we were trekking or biking). It would be nice to have at leas 1 dishwasher cap per day + few rolls of toilet paper available as well as some spare garbage bags. Also, there is a capsule coffee machine (but not Nespresso), but no caps are provided.

- location - it's not right next to the skiing area (winter) or trekking/biking trails (summer), but it's very well communicated - close to the main road if you prefer your own car and with the train station in front (literally 50m) if you prefer public transport. Both will get you in 20min to main Zillertal part (Mayrhofen). There are nice views and there are shops (Hofer, Spar, DM, bakery, souvenirs) within walking distance or 2 min by car. - room - stayed in the studio room - really liked the modern and fresh design, room is organized in a convenient/functional way, kitchenette well equipped, nice balcony (although it would be nice to have a table and 2 chairs there?). It's clean, it's quiet, comfortable bed, reliable wifi - facilities - really liked the laundry room downstairs (1euro for the washing machine + 1euro for dryer), liked the vending machine for basic snacks, toiletries but also coffee capsules and washing machine tabs. Parking is big and there in the back there is an elevator straight form parking, so easy to get all your stuff to the room.

We upgraded to a different room, as ours was overlooking the carpark. Messaging the personnel was easy via the WhatsApp chat. Room was super large and comfortable.

Very modern built and well-equiped with all the neccessities and amenities. Extremely well maintained, clean and well worth the rate, close to alot of main market centres and arestaurant. Apartment building has an in-house wending machine providing everything from food, washing liquids, coffee capsules to drinks.
