When I arrived, I presented my residence permit to the receptionist. However, he informed me that he couldn't check me in unless I presented a driver's license instead. I didn't understand why my driver's license was considered more important than my residence permit, as I primarily use the latter in Austria, reserving my passport for use outside of Austria. Additionally, he wasn't even friendly when I politely pointed this out. Other staff members were very friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect for me, and the breakfast was lovely as well.

Maybe I am just a bit too picky about certain things, but it feels like the floor does need to be cleaned more often. Other than that nothing else to be complained about.

The room was quite spacious and the proximity to the underground is great. Sadly I didnt manage to try out the Sauna and the Spa are, however it was one of the reason why I booked the hotel.

We asked for a glutenfree and milkfree breakfast and it was garanteed. However, at breakfast they could only serve us glutenfree bread (no other toppings or granola...).

We liked our stay. The breakfast was really delicious. We had a large room. The hotel is located at a 3-min walk to the metro station.

The hotel was good as I said above, the room cleaning was not great and the hotel restaurant lacked choice and was quite expensive for drink.

The property was good with friendly staff and good breakfast choice. The metro station is only 5 minutes away and the city travel pass allows you to roam the city.

There were only 2 espresso cups for the machine available which was a little too few to my taste.

It was very spacious. The room was clean and the coffee machine had great coffee. The walk in shower was an absolute bliss. It has a good location from where you can easily access the public transport. The breakfast was delicious with fresh waffles and sec.

We asked for a room with double bed and when we arrived there was two beds put together with one bed lining. When I asked the receptionist about my booking she said I can split the beds and she gave me the bed linings to do it on my own… for the quality of the hotel I don’t think a customer should do their own bed 😅 just as a small hint 😉

No major things to mention. The hotel is really, really nice and also the staff. Would be a plus to have slippers in the room and opening windows for a fresh air when needed. But it is not a big inconvenient and for sure I will come back when traveling to Vienna ( business or personal).

It could have been cleaner. The bathroom was very clean, but the room itself could have been more dust free.

Location is awesome, near the metro with subterranean parking. staff is very friendly, breakfast is good and plentiful. The bar is pretty nice and quitet.

The cleaness could be improved, as soon as we arrived we noticed several dust bunnies and they were not cleaned up during the daily clean-up. We put the please clean sign on the door and came back to fresh towels and a made bed, but the floor remained very dusty.

The room was beautiful, bed comfortable and shower had an amazing water pressure. Breakfast was very nice and the staff made sure that nothing would ran out even close to the end of serving time.

The room was quiet, on the 5th floor and facing an inner court. Comfortable beds, everything handy, good breakfast. Good location, 2min to the Underground station. What I liked less was the "window" between the bathroom and the room - that means that whenever one turns the lights on in the bathroom, the whole room is lit up. I understand the need for the natural light, but maybe some blinds could be of help.

It would be better to have in the 2 persons room the big bed (160/180 x 200) just one mattress. It was a little bit uncomfortable to sleep in the middle because it was the edge of the two individual mattreses.

TV was a little difficult to figure out. Everything was in German and had no option for English subtitles. This was only a slight issue because we stayed over Christmas and while things were shut we wanted to watch movies. On any occasion we would’ve been out exploring and a tv wouldn’t have been necessary - therefore this was such a minor issue.

The room and space was very comfortable, spacious, tidy and clean. The bed was super comfy. The location was further out of the central area, however it was a couple minutes walk from the metro which was very easy to take straight into town.

The room and breakfast were great. Recommended. The parking garage is very tiny. Wellness (Sauna) is a bit overcrowded, and the staff is not checking if we need more water or glasses. The only minus was that the cleaning lady woke us up at 8 AM on Saturday. She knocked on everyone's door on our floor to ask if we needed cleaning.
