The local “manager” dissapointed us from the begining. He charged us 100€ for 2 dogs even though that the payment should be 60€. He charged the extra 40€ for “changing the reservation” we had a choice to cancel it on place or pay extra money. With family, 9minths old baby after long trip you just dont want to cancel it. We felt as hostage and had no choice. They are claiming they have a public car charger station - well they dont so be aware when travelling with EV Car. They take also deposit of 300€ which you will not receive back straight away but after almost 2 weeks. Its a nice new place but needs better customer friendly personel.

A couple of days before our arrival I sent our arrival time and asked how we can check it. We were guaranteed that we will be able to do it in person on the site when we get there. There was no one when we arrived, in spite of multiple phone calls, messages no one helped us, the only message I get from the owner was the following: "I can do nothing". Luckily, after an hour some other guests arrived who already had the same experience explained us that we should go to a restaurant nearby where we will receive some help. It was an extremely frustrating situation with kids and an elderly person. At check-out there was no one to whom we could have shown the apartments and now the owner is not paying back our deposit stating that we broke a rollo - we made a video when we saw that it was not working as it was already broken and we could not even use it. He does not even care about it - utterly unfair and unprofessional approach and treatment. I do not recommend this place to anyone. And the apartments are not poperly cleaned, they are full of spiders - we could not open multiple windows as the spiders were just pouring in...

The place is beautiful, but all our vacation was ruined how we were treated by the owner of this chalet. Extremely unpolite and zero hospitality and he is not willing to pay back our deposit after 4 days. Be careful when you book it. Make sure that you take a photo of every single angle of the rooms and send all of them right away to Booking to get back your deposit.

I write a lot of these reviews, and this has to be my first negative one about a place I've stayed at. The staff is not very responsive. I know that they've replied to this complaint in the past with something along the lines of "sorry, but we're not a hotel," which is true, but you still feel like you deserve better as a guest. They either ignore you or take a really long time to write back on Booking or WhatsApp when you reach out. The place looks very clean when you first walk in, but we realized that it's not once you look closer. Although seemingly okay at first, there were traces of animal hair on our beds. This was a problem because I'm extremely allergic. I told the staff the next day, so we could get a new set of sheets. They said that would cost €35 unless we provided proof of the animal hair, which we couldn't because we had already vacuumed everything to get a better night's sleep. When we objected to this, they replied that they have to charge or "they'll lose money." The staff member also blamed me for not disclosing I was allergic when I booked, so they could have put me in a place where no animals had stayed at recently. When we did change the sheets, we found stains and what seemed to be old blood on a pillow. We also looked underneath the bed and saw a lot of dust. I've attached pictures showing this; the stains and dust had obviously been there for a while. I sent the same pictures to the hosts during our stay, but they ignored that part of the exchange. I think this place has a lot of potential, but there's a lot of room for improvement as to both cleanliness and customer service.

The chalet is in a great location, surrounded by beautiful mountains and in front of a nice lake. It also comes supplied with some amazing Austrian wines, for which they charge a very good price. The Wi-Fi is very fast and reliable.

Photos of the offer on booking didnt specify room photos we have gotten. We had partially lake view with a big tree outside in front od our balcony. Carpet was full of dog's fur. IT was coffe machine but no coffe capsules in the room. Asking for them the Staff i have heard they dont have it. Finally I bought them in the store but going to countryside you don't think of coffe capsules 😉

Hard communication with the host. Nothing is around, you have to bring your own food. If you have no car, it's hard to get there. you have to arrange the taxi from train station to the hotel before booking. the kitchen equipments are good and new, however lack of basic items like salt or tea or coffee). Bring your own shower gel and shampoo, because there's only hand-washing soap in the toilets. there were not insufficiet toilet paper (only half of the roll) and not enough soap. Also bring your own pillow 😅 we could not use the pillow because it was very high and uncomfortable. I will definitely come again but that time I would well prepared. Please don't reply the reviews with "you should have asked us". Basic items such as soap and toilet paper should always be provided before check-in.

Newly built and very cleen. The room was new, nicely decorated. amazing view of mountain and lake. Enjoyed walking around the small lake and in the hills with our dog. Nice front terrace with Barbeque facilities.small backyard for each.

Sometimes the water in the shower was cold. We were 3 persons living in a Chalet and only 2 persons could take a warm shower. So not sufficient warm water for a family. We also had a problem with the deposit. Cleaning fees are 35euro for extra work (if you leave the house messy, this is fair enough). But i RECOMMEND TO TAKE A VIDEO OF THE HOUSE BEFORE THE CHECK IN because at checkout you risk to not have your deposit back because of some scratches on the walls (apparently painting a wall costs 400-500 euros). Even if i agree with some remarks that they made, i think they exaggerated a lot with the extra costs that we needed to pay

The house was very cosy. The view was wonderful. The location is good also, very calm area and very beautiful.

The property is newly built, and did suffer from a few resulting problems: the heating controls did not work, the freshly installed TV could not be angled to be visible from the bed and its cable did not quite reach the socket, the drains did not drain well.

The host was really really rude and that has seriously spoiled our stay. One of the reasons we booked one of the property houses was the fact it had a big barbeque in the garden. We live in a city so we don't have the opportunity to bbq much so we were really hyped and came prepared with all the food. But then, when we connected it to the gas bottle, it didn't want to start - the bottle was empty. We had a contact number from Carina, the lady that let us into the house so we called her first. When we told her the bottle seems to be empty and we need someone to bring another one, she told us to go on You Tube and watch some videos that will help us to fix the bbq!?? We couldn't believe what she has suggested and we asked that someone comes to check the bbq out and to bring the new bottle. She said she can't come now, she might come later. That was already 1 hour into this mess and we were 5 very hungry people in a secluded area. We demanded someone comes to sort it and she then sent us her bosses number and told us we call him. Which we did but it went straight to voicemail. It was Friday afternoon. We tried a couple times, we couldn't reach him, messaged her back and then she said sorry, there's nothing I can do anymore. We were desperate at that point and in total disbelief of their behaviour! We finally reached the guy, the 'boss', told him how we need a new gas bottle and his reply was 'you don't usually do bbq at this time od the year'. ??? It was 9th of Dec, a cold sunny but dry day. Why would you then offer the bbq as one of the facilities to use? Why didn't you remove it from the garden? And quite frankly, we did not pay that much money for subjective opinions of rude and lazy hosts who apparently love to take money from their guests but not move their finger if they need help with something that isn't functioning as advertised. Not to mention that the house right next to us did bbq the night before.

The chalet is beautiful, very cosy and nicely furnished. It also has an amazing view since it is by the lake. Our chalet had a house with a garden which was super handy since we had a 2-year-old and a dog with us. There is a sandbox outside for the kids and there is also a full box of toys in the cupboard.

There is a great deal of variety between the simplest and best rooms and their amenities. The top rooms are luxurious. The studios are basic but clean. We had some difficulty reaching the owners by phone when we had questions. We would encourage the owners to post critical phone numbers, for example, in prominent position.

0 service quality. Could not get back into the apartment at 8.30pm as the electric lock didn't work. There was nonody available to help. Had to go to the local fire brigade to find someone to help!!!

They did not let us check in at 14.00 as it was confirmed by Booking.com One of the members of the staff told me that we can check in from 4 p.m only And that we can "walk around for 2 hours " We had a 4 and a 2-year-old baby with us The checkout was also a bit strange.

The location was a little isolated from the city, so the nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away by car, so it is best to take all your needs before arriving at the chalet

The rooms were very clean and the kitchen was equipped with all the equipment we needed The man who received us upon our arrival was very respectful and friendly, and the restaurant in the chalet had very delicious food
