You will need a car, but it's pretty easy to drive to central Salzburg and park

The staff were so professional and friendly at all times.They treated us with so much courtesy. The room was very comfortable and we had such a lovely view from the balcony.Breakfast was great -such much selection of organic ,homemade foods ,drinks and tea.The dining area was beautiful .The pool and the pool area was very clean.

Cat has full roam of the property and jumps on areas that you could eat off. I understand this is not a problem for cat lovers but if you are allergic you need to be aware.

We feel very comfortable in tje hotel. The stuff are very kind, the room s are clean tight and comfortable. I recomand it for everybody who wants to enjoy tje vacation. We will come back with the family :)

a miserable couple and old man who was rude to my children at the pool side telling them to be quite ......and that it is a spa. Clearly children are welcomed at the hotel so that did not make sense. Pool was super cold 🥶 and I did go the reception but she was alone and no one was on site to deal with this matter . I booked this hotel for my kids as we came especially to enjoy the pool but this was a huge disappointment 😥

The design of the hotel was really nice. It was modern hotel with very good level of wellness and breakfast. Variability of meal and juices. The location by car to Salzburg was between 20-30minutes. The external area was around mountains. Hotel was clean a personal very positive.

Just be careful as you (or your child.. ) can get quite a lot of water through the bottom gap of the shower doors and spill it on the bathroom floor, if certain circumstances are met, lol

We enjoyed the cleanliness and calming atmosphere of the interiors. The rooms were spacious, beds comfy. The rooms had balconies, which can be a great hangout place, if the weather allows it. Everything was quiet, we barely noticed there were other guests (there were). The staff was very helpful and kind. We loved breakfasts and the room service was also great. We had no problem or felt any obstruction in using the hotel's amenities (a pool, wellness, gym). As a bonus, Kiki the house cat is cute and cuddly. A small lake right in front of the hotel and a stream behind it make interesting points to get you out for a small walk, which we enjoyed. The hotel is close to the highway and our ride to the Salzburg city centre didn't take longer than 30 minutes.

The property is family-owned and you can tell! There “only” two floors with rooms, so it’s not too busy. There’s a lovely breakfast area with lots of variety and fresh food. The wellness/spa area is amazing. The rooms are nice and clean, equipped with balconies and great facilities as well. Such as a little box with personal maintenance items, a tablet with information, recommendations and more.

During bar hours (it was a Monday so not that big deal) , you had to go to the bar yourself every time and ring the bel to be served. And during breakfast they were setting up tables for a meeting of some guests, little clumsy and noisy, should have done that evening before.

Nice place, very helpful staff, beautiful surroundings, and nice clean pool. The beds are also very good and at night it's very quiet.

It would have been a bonus if the hotel provided a restaurant serving food in the evening as there were not many restaurants in the surrounding area.

I liked the location surrounded by mountains with clean air. The facilities at the hotel were lovely, such as, the gym, swimming pool, sauna etc.

All good but it will be useful to have a boiler or coffee machine in the room but you could always ask reception for a free coffee or tea.

The breakfast provided was exceptional in choice, freshness and quality my only regret was that we were only there for two knights to enjoy it. The room was so relaxing and comfortable providing me with the best sleep I had while we were on our holiday. If you need a place to unwind than I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Nice family room but the sofa bed must be changed to a better solution... very hard sofa bed = no sleep for the children :-(
