The parking arrangements are a bit strange (8€/day), due to the mix with parking of the casino, that can be a bit expensive (70€/day), easy park system parking was occupied all the time also

The staff was friendly, very convenient location and the beds were comfy. Shower had nice water pressure and was just the right amount of room for the two of us. Would definitely stay here on my next visit to Bregenz!

Our room overlooked the car park, but nothing of concern otherwise.

The quality of the room was excellent, and the bathroom was particularly well-furnished plus we were still able to open the windows if/as needed (a big plus in Europe, even in winter). Nicely done and the bar fridge contained a good selection. The beds were very comfortable, with the mattress and pillows being firm (not too firm). Just right.

The train was directly adjacent to the hotel, although you could not hear the train from the inside of the hotel. There was a significant amount of construction going on in and around the facility.

The location was close enough to walk to the city center within 15 minutes, and a train was close by should someone choose to utilize this mode of transportation.

Wasn't clear that there was a casino onsite. Pool was a bit small, but the fact it was outstandingly clean made up for this.

The night shift front desk was wholly unhelpful with a request. We had a long day, it was pouring rain and we just wanted a pizza. He told us to use an app which was not helpful to us as guests since the app did not work. He seemed to not care. However, the person we checked in with and the woman running the breakfast were excellent. We did not appreciate the parking fee.

The bathroom had poor ventilation which meant the tiles in the bathroom weren't as clean as they could have been.

Great location, fantastic breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. The sauna was a nice bonus and dinner at the restaurant was also very good.

Easy parking, large beds in the executive room. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is situated on the lake away from noise but close enough to walk into town (10-15min).

Very compact arrangement. Public areas seem to be easily overwhelmed when there’s a group using the hotel or during peak periods.

It was a quality property located next to the train station, the lakefront stage the lakefront promenade. This made it a good choice for travelers without a car.

The building - albeit renovated and in good shape - seems older. With all the attractions around area can be quite lively and crowded on evenings.

The room is fine. I live in the US so if you ask me about the size, I'm used to bigger but it is absolutely sufficient.

The grounds were unkept with ugly weeds & tall patchy grass. Also service on patio was poor, after 10 minutes had to find them to take an order (only 1 other table of people) paid a very high price for a cup of tea that was extremely strong (had no option to pull tea out of pot). Had to find him again to ask for hot water because I couldn’t drink it that strong. His excuse was he likes it that strong!

Location was good. Everything inside the hotel was very luxurious. Nice creating with a glass of Prosecco.
